I recently purchased a media cabinet with fireplace insert from the store in Springfield Illinois. After 3 hours of assembly time I finally get to the part for adding the logs to the fireplace. After unwrapping the logs I discovered they were broken. I followed the instructions for broken or missing parts and called the number only to find out they didn't have that part in stock, I would need to take it back to the store for an exchange. We live 35 miles one way from the store and this was not going to be an easy task. I decided to visit the store and see if they could help me solve this dilemma. WOW, you talk about great customer service. I was put in contact with a store manager by the name of Noah. What an exceptional young man. He was very polite and understanding and got me another set of logs out of a different unit. The young lady at the customer service desk was very polite as well. Great job, Lowes Team!

Joe our guy helped us get just the right fridge for our rental needs. He was a true professional and very knowledgeable and willing to help!

I enjoy this store because the store seems smaller that the other store and depending on what I want to do. I use the red buttons, could use bigger print. Then I am in need of more choice I use the on Dirksen. Both stores always ask, Veteran. 👍

What can I say except that this is my favorite store to go to any season and now they have just got better with now lows is slowly setting up their all new klein tool section yea smartest move ever.

I prefer Lowes over Menard's. Sometimes Menard's has a better selection but not enough for me to head there first. Lowes has a good selection of everything I need at a good price.
I love the Lowe's app. I use it to find what aisle and bay what I'm looking for is in.

Had 4 tool requests on my Christmas shopping list, and found all of them at Lowe's. Monday mornings are great for shopping there; staff are very friendly and have shorter check out lines.
A couple of items were marked down a couple dollars; always a nice surprise.
The Lowe's app also lets you scan an item's barcode and looks up the current price.
Definitely a must stop for tools and other home maintenance needs.

Walked through the store looking for several items and ideas for projects. Well stocked store.

If you're needing blinds, flooring, etc.... ask for Kathy. She is the most knowledgeable, kindest and helpful employee working for Lowes. I hope Lowe's really appreciates her dedication.

Best big box store garden center in the area. Plants look better at this lowes than some of the nurseries in the area..

I like Lowe's because they have a military discount I don't have to go through the hassle of getting 11 Cent 11% rebate back from Menards and the people are really helpful and they've got quite a few employees so you don't have to search the whole store to find somebody and most of them are very knowledgeable in more than one area so I highly recommend Lowe's oh I love that they have veteran parking

We had a wonderful experience at the store today. Dennis came from the electrical department he usually works in to help us in kitchen plumbing. He showed us all the faucets and discussed them with us. Looked up the plugs we would need to fix the excess holes in our present sink. He pointed out one that was on sale and got it for us. He was friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job! Kudos to Dennis!

Friendly, helpful staff. Prices are very reasonable. So, this will definitely be our go to, "one stop shop" for everything for our new house we just bought. We got our appliances there. The paint department has been especially helpful so far. Could not be happier or more pleased with our experiences so far. A++! 👍😁👍

I was there to purchase items for my kitchen renovation. The staff were very friendly and helpful! The store was clean and had everything I needed.

The building layout is easy to figure out and finding what you need is quite easy. The employees at this location have always been incredibly friendly and helpful.

Working on remodeling our house and we are at the new appliances stage. Shopped around and found a package deal from Samsung. Walked into Lowe's and was helped by Sharron in appliances. She did a great job of listening to our needs and helping us put together our package. Great job Sharron! Thank you for all your help

Great place to shop for home, yard, pets, etc. Friendly staff, fair prices, variety of selection, clean, plenty of parking and in a safe neighborhood.
