We had DS build our new home which we moved into in June 2023. After dealing with 3 different contractors, DS was the one we decided on. We couldn’t be any happier! Their work is top notch. Dennis, the owner of the company maintained contact with us throughout the process to make sure that things stayed on schedule. When things didn’t go according to plan he was flexible and worked with us to find a solution.
Now, after living in our home for 5 months we are even more convinced that we made the right choice. We would recommend them for any type of construction needs that you have.

Hired them to install shingles on my dad's roof. They responded right away and came out with a bid. The estimated time was 2-3 weeks and they were spot on with timing. They are currently finishing it now but we couldn't be happier. Rain moving in and they had to get more supplies and they took the necessary steps to cover what wasn't finished yet. VERY professional as well.

DS Roofing replaced my roof around 3 years ago. It is lovely and has definitely improved my home.
Honestly, they care more about my roof than I do! They came out to check on a pest intrusion issue a couple of years ago and decided they didn't like a "discolored" panel. So they replaced it! I had never noticed it.
Ivan came out today and sealed a leak (around a pipe) and not only ensured the new screws matched the roof color, but replaced screws he was unhappy with the look of. SERIOUSLY!!?? That is Customer Service well beyond anything I have ever imagined.
He was done very quickly and when I asked what I owed, I was told "nothing". Once again, SERIOUSLY??
This company absolutely cares about the quality of work they do and standing behind what they do. I appreciate them so much!

Great people to work with, Tim was very helpful and willing to talk over concerns that I might have. The guys who worked on my roof were very friendly and professional. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Highly recommend this outfit.

DS Roofing did an awesome job installing our metal roof and adding on a small porch over the back door. The team of workers were very professional and quality of work exceptional. Clean up after the job was spectacular. Highly recommend this business for any roofing needs you may have.

Stayed in this AirBNB over 4th of July weekend. Could not have asked for a better host or more beautiful location and home! Everything you could possibly want under one roof, close to Lake Kincaid, stunning deer 🦌 in the backyard. We will be back and we can't wait!

D & S was very timely and communicated well through our garage/carport build last week. The salesman was great and the workers worked fast. In a world where contractors don’t call back or no show, we were so happy with D & S and the integrity they seem to have.

Had a metal roof installed in Oct. 2020. Craftsmanship was poor. Metal roof was installed over rotten or missing decking and facia. Chimney was poorly flashed and heavy amounts of caulking used, it leaks.
Called and emailed multiple times, was told that it would be taken care of; it never was. Had to hire a contractor to replace the rotten spots and roofing.
