Travis made my sandwich tonight and despite the amount of customers he made it right and within a timely manner. He was A lot faster than anyone else at any other time I've been in here with way less customers! Well done, Travis! Thank you!

I am here right now- there are a ton of customers and the employees are hoppin' and nice. Despite the volume of people coming and going the place is emaculate

Everyone is always very friendly, the service is typically very good and we absolutely LOVE the manager, Ms. Annie! She makes you feel like an old friend coming over for dinner! She's extremely kind and is truly the definition of excellent customer service by confirming your satisfaction with you time there and willing to make adjustments and it accommodations if needed!

Attention local folks, if you have coupons, don't go to Carbondale West main location!!!!!! No sooner than I pulled up to the drive thru, the first thing they yelled was, "We are a private franchise and we don't accept Any type coupons no matter where they come from" my response: "See Ya don't wanna be ya"!!!!😄😄😄
The murphysboro, Illinois location is the fastest, friendliest, location, and they do accept coupons!!!! Good Luck at other locations🥺🥴

I have eaten at this Subway location every so often (8 or more times a year) over the past 6 plus years and the service is perfectly fine. The employees are well-trained in making a proper sandwich with an appropriate amount of ingredients. They do not skimp when it comes to putting the meat and vegetables on like other Subways in a nearby town. Also, the dining area is kept quite clean. I have not encountered any clients of this location who have a gripe with the Murphysboro Subway. Sure, every restaurant will make mistakes now and then. I just have never ran into any here. Keep up the good work, Murphysboro Subway folks!

The cleanest restaurant in the area, and the food is consistently excellent.

The two girls there was friendly and the service was awesome. We love Subway philly cheesesteaks and the melts. I was there on 2-10-23 in the evening.

Notice was posted that they were working short handed, employees were excellent. Attitudes were well worth the visit. Very friendly and caring.

I asked for a veggie wrap, and since employee had just handled shredded meat, I asked for a glove change. Did it, no complaints. Employees were curious AND wearing masks 😷 Sooooo appreciate!

Employees behind the counter/in view of the public should not be feuding with one another.
