This is a nice store and a good company. The store is well stocked and always has all that I need (and don't need ;) ) The employees have always been happy to help in any way they can. Appreciate having this store in town. Have also used their services as a Music Teacher and have received my product extremely fast, delivered right to my school mailbox! I do wish their website was stronger for when I am not exactly sure what I need and am looking for products. In that aspect, using a company like West Music is easier.

Great service. Had to order the stand for our piano, and they got it in quickly, and helped load it in our car. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

This shop has the best customer service of any business. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and great with kids. The instructors have always been well prepared for lessons and understanding of circumstances outside the music room. They usually have a good selection of instruments and materials. I even found left handed guitar sheet music here. If they don't have it, they will help you find what you need.

Wonderful selection of reeds (both clarinet & saxophone), musical equipment (instrument swabs, reed cases, stands, etc.), and great service. They wanted to make sure we found everything we needed.
Why buy online when you can support your local music shop and get everything you need? :-)

Good clean product line. Made a couple purchases and they treated me very well. Would recommend the place to anyone who needs musical equipment or help or just to browse. Fine place, and fine people.

Ian worked with me to obtain a PRS guitar that was hard to find available in the current Market. He was able to reach out to other sister stores to get me the guitar that I wanted. In addition, he worked with his manager to get me a good trade in value for one of my other guitars to bring down the cost. In summary, these guys work smart and hard in the customer service business. Great Job.

Great customer service! Was able to send questions by text and received answers within an hour. My son is also receiving online sax lessons from one of their instructors, and we've been very happy with her. Will go to The Music Shoppe for all our music needs!

The staff was beyond helpful each time I visited, willing to go the extra mile in service, education and professional evaluation while we were discerning which direction we wanted to go. I highly recommend visiting, even if you’re unsure what you’re really looking for, like I was. You won’t be disappointed!

Doug and his staff at the music shoppe in Springfield make it so nice to come in and shop. Mallory can talk drums with the best of them. Doug has been a long time friend and have made many sales in his shop for years. The new store is so nice and very well laid out. I love that they carry Ludwig drums along carrying other varied brands such as Yamaha drums. The only local music shop in Springfield I do business with. Thanks Doug for my recent purchase of my Ludwig Classic Maple kit.

We couldn’t be happier with our purchase! Chris had several instruments for us to choose from. He was very knowledgeable and patient while my son played them all multiple times and made his choice.

I ordered a Gibraltar 9608 Drum Throne on ebay store site and received it in 1 day! Called same day - luckily, store was on holiday Sunday schedule - and spoke with Ian about memory lock issue. He was able to receive pics on digital store text system and help me resolve the issue lickety-split!! Excellent communication and pro customer care! I Highly Recommend The Music Shoppe !!

We were served immediately by attentive staff, and were allowed to take instruments off the walls to play them. If he didn't know the answer to a question, he looked it up for you. Great place, great staff, great selection!

Staff are super friendly and very responsive. They have excellent job knowledge and made me feel comfortable about making decisions about my instrument.

This will always be “Daddy-o’s music shack” to me. Doug has been always been wonderful to work with, been buying stuff from em for over 10 years, same great place, new sign, and the boss might get a day off now.

A very nice place with so much equipment it's awesome. I'd pick this place first if I were looking for anything music wise, I'd head here first.
