Victoria was excellent and professional. As observed, the info she was giving to her trainee was clear, concise and made it very clear how important the duties being performed were. She made such a mundane procedure, a pleasure to be had.

I'd postponed having scans; they are just not very pleasant. However, kind Guida performed the Mammogram with expert efficiency. Same for Charles with my Bone Density test.
We are blessed to have such professional facilities right here close to home. I'll be back!

We were greeted in a friendly manner and processed quickly. The triage nurse was pleasant. She saw that my husband & I were seen together. The CRNP was thorough & explained the wait for x-ray readings. The gentleman performing the
x-rays was patient and nice.
Even though we were sick, our visit was a positive experience.

I would give them 10 stars if I could! I went in for an ear/sinus infection and they fixed me right up! Everyone was super nice and friendly, it's very hard to find an urgent care like this! Ashley Bailes was the NP that saw me and she was very thorough! Highly recommend Medical East for all your urgent care needs!

Everyone was so friendly and attentive to my needs, from the front desk, to the medical assistant and the P.A.! I went in to have my ears cleaned and they did a fantastic job! I couldn't hear in my right ear when I went in, but was hearing great when I left! In and out in an hour! Fantastic experience! I would recommend this place to everyone!🤗

Had nasal congestion. My medical doctor refused to see me because of Covid. I called Medical East and they said they could see me as long as I wore a mask. It was a long wait but with regular medical doctors not making appointment what other choice does the medical center have. I am glad I went. I tested positive for covid. If it had not been for medical east I would have never known. I appreciate them caring enough to get me in and not being scared to see me. They have always been great.

I locked my keys in my car. This kind lady helped me get them out. She stayed, not one, not two, but nearly 3 hours after close to help me out. I told her on multiple occasions she could leave, yet she refused. She would not leave her patients if there was something she could do for them. You know that good Samaritan who helps you on the side of the road? Its her. She drove me to the store to buy tools in order to get my keys out of my car. Its raining and she is still working. Iwhere i failed to open my car, she succeeded. She is a great person and a better mother. She is a living exmaple of what a human, no what a Chrsitian should be. She stayed when my own family and friends would not come. She drives a maroon van and has 3 kids.

Very clean, friendly, helpful, and thorough! My mom was having a heart attack and when we went in they said they didn't treat chest pains or heart related, which we didn't know at the time. But they took time to stop, evaluate, and called Madison ER. We were so lucky to have them to help. I have been there before, and xray, in & out quickly. Love them!

our go to doctor for the minor stuff and just not feeling well in Athens. It's a walk in clinic so you have to wait your turn, but even at that the wait is significantly less than the ER and much cheaper.

The entire staff here is wonderful! I have had absolutely horrible experiences in Huntsville and Madison trying to get care from people who ACTUALLY care. Medical East cares! If I can help it, I’ll never go anywhere else.

These folks are awesome I had a sist right on the tip of my thumb. I drove up from Decatur I was in and out and the had to open up sist. I don't have insurance was very reasonable on price. Was not a long wait at all very impressed. Highly recommended

This place is great if your primary can't get you in, simple walk in clinic without the outrageous prices. Love how friendly everyone is and I e never waited long here to be be seen.

Went in with the flu, feeling really bad and light headed. The staff was very helpful and seemed concerned and caring. I have used this facility several times and have had no complaints

Fast service , get you in and out in no time . The staff and Dr's care about you , didn't have to waite long at all. I recommend Medical East to my family and friends , will be coming back when needed .

The staff here is excellent and took great care of us. We were from out of town and my son was hooked by a fishing lure. They had us in and out in no time.

My sister broke her finger. They did stays to confirm and told her how to take care of it. Also gave her a metal splint.
