The rental desk was conveniently located in the airport. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Locating the rental was easy ... just across the street at the airport. Returning the rental was just as easy. There are posted signs indicating where to return your vehicle. The car was a pleasure to drive! It was roomy and drove smoothly. Very good on gas. Didn't have to fill the tank at all ... and I drove everywhere that I needed to. And the rental price was very reasonable.

Rented a car from Budget Nashville that smelled of MJ and Budget Huntsville was quick to exchange my car the following day. Awesome customer service and will rent back from them

The entire experience is always smooth as butter. The pickup to the return and every vehicle I had was awesome! Cars was up to date with a lot of features. Budget is my go to at the 99th hour. I haven't had an experience where no vehicles were not available.

Budget at HSV airport is easy to use, and they are open until midnight, which is great if you are coming from the West Coast. They make it about as easy as it can be and USAA gives great discounts through their Perks website!

Awesome staff at Huntsville. Pick up took less than 15 minutes. Had an error light come on the next day, brought back to the location and had a replacement in less than 30 minutes.

Budget at the HSV airport is the BEST check-in, check-out, and return process I've ever experienced!! The agencies are all conveniently located on the ground floor directly across the street from the garage. You can get in and out of the airport without a hassle and you don't have to wait on a bus to transport you to a remote location. Upon return, you simply park your car, log your mileage, gas, drop your keys in a dropbox and go!

After a canceled flight and hours in the Atlanta airport. I had to drive to Huntsville, Al. When I thought my troubles couldn't get workers. Once arriving to Huntsville, I was told by one responitative that I had to call Customer Service. After 30 mins on the phone, Bradley Jacques
Huntsville Alt manager. Asked if I needed any help, I explained the situation and he was able to assist without any trouble or complaint. Bradley is the only reason I will be a returning customer for Budget.

Budget Car Rental at Huntsville, Alabama, airport was exceptionally easy. The counter is right next to bag claim and the cars are just outside the door under cover.

Everything was so smooth and quick..excellent service from the check-in desk to the pickup area and the drop-off. The vehicle was as promised. In fact, we had a 2022 model! We plan on making several more visits to Huntsville to spend time with our Son and will definitely be renting from BUDGET!

Got in late due to delays, but had my car and key ready. Got up graded too. The car a Sorrento had 50 thousand miles. But seemed brand new, clean, ready to drive,comfortable. Great experience. Drop off Evan eaiser.

This was my first time using Budget. Don't be fooled by the name. They gave me a first class rental experience. Friendly service, seamless process and a clean, dependable vehicle.

This is an easy facility to navigate, even late at night. The rental car pick-up area is on-site, so no shuttle. The staff is friendly and the FASTBREAK option worked well. The Kia Rio vehicle was a nice surprise. When I had to return at 4am there was an easy to use drop box on the way to the terminal. This was one of the easiest rental experiences I have had a in a long time and I would do it again. With FASTBREAK and the ease of getting around and getting the car Budget is a "no-brainer" option in Huntsville.
