My order was wrong, I called them they said to come back. I wasn’t driving all the way back. I asked them to just put my name down and I would stop back by and pick up at a latter date. They said no you will have to come back now. I called headquarters they said to take it up with local store. Wow waste of time and unhappy kids, they wanted their food.

Stopped by on Tuesday on my way to Huntsville. My big Mac meal was perfect. I was the only customer in the dining room at the time, and I noticed a lot of laughter from the kitchen. I don't know when I last heard fast food workers enjoying their job.

I ended up having to go through the drive thru twice 😂 but it was my own fault🤦 The girl at the window was sweet as can be and had a great sense of humor. A great frappachino and a great laugh for breakfast

Not sure what has changed over the last year or so but this location went from being known as the place that would make you late for work to being fast, getting the order right and having friendly staff, great turnaround!

Fries were hot and fresh! Sweet tea was great..

Wonderful experience. Only complaint is we didn't get syrup for my daughter's pancakes and didn't realize it till we had gotten down the road, but no big deal she ate them without the syrup which isn't healthy anyways. ☺

Stopped by to get me and my kids a quick snack while on the road. Staff were friendly and the service was great, food came how we ordered fresh and hot.

Loved trying the Filet O' Fish Meal with Grimace Milkshake for my taste of my experience & it was all good & it's my 2nd time to come at this location in Decatur after it's been 4 years since July that year.

Don't know how this location is still in business. They don't open up in time it says 4:30am but have not seen them open at that time in a couple years. Someone told me they wasn't open at 6am one day. They just need to close this location for good!!

Update food is a lot better and employees are great I would give a 4 or 5 star now.

The order taker at the drive-thru window was great she saw away to make a combination for us which saved us some money. I really do appreciate that as my niece and I were traveling across country to Oklahoma I thank you so very much for all the help with our order

Great people especially the male manager Corey and Tasha a crew member were very nice and made sure I had my food nice and fresh.

The app really helps with good deals.

Staff was nice and didn't get an attitude when I asked for my food fresh, even got a thumbs up and I got you from the cook

Order lunch through the drive thru ...very quick. Food was pipping hot!! Great job!

Staff was amazing.
So was food. I'm super picky on my fries. And had a 3 hour drive ahead of me. So when they would have been great for anyone else,and I asked for extra fresh they went the extra mile,see what I did there,and hooked me up. Thank you ma'am.

My wife and I use to stop at Jack's every morning prior to work but approximately a year ago the service at Jacks declined so McDonald's has been our breakfast place every morning 5 days per week since. Started using the app a couple of months ago and loving it, very convenient!

I love the afternoon staff at this location! Always have great conversation, I will miss them while I’m on maternity leave!!!! They already know I’m coming for my large iced coffee as soon as I enter the store. 5 stars!!!!

This is the only place in Moulton to get call in orders right the first time

Dark, rainy night. Had just left a funeral home. We were warmly greeted and crew was friendly and professional. Food was good. Wished goodnight by crew. Very nice experience.
