The employees here will go above and beyond to take care of you. Their staff found a nebulizer for me that needed no prescription, had it delivered next day and delivered it before lunch time. Their delivery driver was super nice, the prices were great and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you need a prescription filled, or need medical equipment definitely keep them in mind!

The people there are so sweet and nice and they care. They are always fast and efficient in every thing they do. They even remembered my birthday and their birthday wishes were so heartfelt. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I just started coming to this pharmacy literally less than a week ago and I can say this is hands down the best place I've ever been to and worked with! I have met or spoken to a handful of people and it's so obvious that they genuinely care and there is no judgement like majority of places do, you just don't see that anymore.. it's a breath of fresh air!

This is by far one of the best pharmacies I've been too. The staff is very friendly and down to earth. They do an amazing job at remembering their customer's. They always offer free bottles of water and a couple times in the winter I think I was offered a coffee. I live in Athens and choose to drive to Decatur just for this pharmacy. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants reliable business and amazing customer service. THANK YOU PERSONAL TOUCH HEALTHCARE AND PHARMACY FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO!!

Excellent medical company! Hands-down!!

Recently needed a walking boot due to a foot injury. This place was amazing. After going to a different store and being told a flat out like that I had to wait for the insurance to approve I called my insurance company and was told that I could go elsewhere. Came here and walk in and was out of the store in a boot in a matter of a few minutes. The ladies working were very helpful and showed me how to properly put the boot on and made sure it was a good fit. Also only had to sign a few forms no lengthy paperwork. Overall great experience. If I ever need any other medical supplies this is hands down my first choice of places to go.

This is the BEST pharmacy I have ever used. They are always friendly! They get to know you personally and become family! They have the small town vibe to go with the big pharmacy benefits!

My favorite drugstore of all time. It's not the biggest but the best. They offer wide variety of items but it's the service that that set's them apart. They offer medical devices as well and deliver although I'm 30 minutes away. The wall of awards for excellence is there for a reason

After having problems with three different pharmacies, I finally found this one. They blew me out of the water with their service. They spent two whole days dealing with Medicare and two different insurance companies for me.

I had seen their building on 6th Ave SE in Decatur for a few years, but I had never been in there until a couple of weeks ago.

So, if you're looking for good, friendly, helpful customer service, give them a try.
