Very professional and kind. Everyone was sweet and calm, which is very important to me. Extremely clean and organized. That's also very important to me as that says a lot about the whole team of staff there at Russell Medical Center. That made my experience as less stressful as I could have ever asked for. Everything matters and I could see pride in their work. Also, I saw SO MANY smiles greeting me everywhere where I saw an employee, no matter what their "job title" was. That also says a lot about the staff at Russell Medical Center.
This was my experience this week, so that's the only thing I'm able to rate today.

Went for my yearly mammogram-which we should all do, ladies! There was no wait. The receptionist was super friendly. The technician, Heather, was professional and personable and so nice. It was such a quick and seamless experience! And, they use the 3D scan.

I love this place. They have the best people and great facilities. The only thing they could improve is their communication with their patients. I laid on my gurney for 4 hours without anyone ever updating me on when I would go into the operating room. I realize it is difficult to precisely schedule operations but it doesn't stop the staff from communicating to the patient any delays to help manage expectations. They can do better.

Check in was a breeze. Jennifer was very nice and professional. She took her time to explain everything to me and made sure I was comfortable. I had a CAT with contrast. (I did not feel the iv being placed)

I love Dr. Ragsdale! She is so thorough and really cares about her patients! I am so happy she is at Russell. Russell Medical Center is also very nice and clean! The X-ray department and lab was super quick and easy to find!

From arrival to discharge my experience was wonderful. All of my concerns, worries, and questions were addressed. I was never left without answers or calming words. The nurses, anesthesiologists, and surgeon worked seamless as a team. The procedure took much longer than estimated, yet someone always informed my family of what was going on. The surgeon was worried the pharmacy would be closed and not reopen until after the holiday, so she had a nurse will my Rx for me to have at discharge. Everything was perfect. Thank you!

I arrived very early for my appointment because of my distance of travel. I have to come via Hwy 9 and am afraid of all the deer during dust. They worked to get me in and out before having to travel home in darkness. That I so much appreciated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very professional. And received a call back from the Dr this morning on the findings.

I was very satisfied with my experience at Russell medical. The staff from the pink lady who greeted me to the nurses and the doctor. Everyone was very kind, polite and professional. I was seen and treated in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Russell medical for anyone in need of their services!

My visit at Russell Medical was very satisfying. I received emails prior to my appointment to verify, remind , and welcome me. The staff in Dr. Ragsdale’s office was very polite, prompt and thorough. Dr. Ragsdale was so personable, thorough and made me feel like a person and not just a name. Doctor appointments always make me nervous and uneasy, but this one was quite pleasant and made me hopeful that I can and will be helped. I even received an email thanking me for my visit.

The check in process was good and they were patient because I was working and trying to answer their questions. The hospital check in was quick and professional. The nurses and staff in the back were awesome . Everyone did an amazing job .

I was sent over from my physician’s office to have labs drawn at Russell Medical Center. The registration process was quick and easy. I waited roughly 7 or 8 minutes while other customers had their labs drawn and then I went in. The phlebotomist was very friendly and her technique was very good. It was not totally painless but sooo close. I was out of her chair in about three minutes start to finish.

I couldn't have asked for better treatment and care for my daughter & family. The Dr's, nurses, and staff went beyond the call of duty! The waiting room was nice & the charging station was a nice surprise/helpful! The Cafe was clean and the food was delicious!! Everyone made our time there the best it could be under the circumstances!

Everyone was professional and respectful of my privacy. The Women’s Center was clean and well organized. This was the second time I’ve had my mammogram there and will return.

My first stay at Russell in atleast 15 years, the staff were all very friendly, professional caring nurses etc. Usually anytime I am hopspitalized it’s in Birmingham ,very pleased.

I had cateract surgery . Everyone was so nice. Pat and Kim, Registration clerks were very kind. I was very anxious but everyone
helped to put me at ease. Brenda, my nurse, was awesome! Very patient, helpful, professional and very nice. The surgery techs , anesthesiologist and Dr Tucker were awesome. I come back Nov 1st for the 2nd eye and I'm not anxious at all. I know they will be awesome again!!

Had a recent outpatient procedure done and ER visit. Great attentive staff, good care and communication. A small town hospital that is very much a contemporary health care facility.

The staff was really nice and explained everything to me. They got me on back and prepared me for my procedure. I was pleased with everything. Thanks to the doctor Holcombe and the staff for making me feel safe and taking really good care of me.

I had a upper GI done yesterday Dr Holcomb and everybody was great I was in and out Dr Holcomb was very funny made me relax and I have to give a shout out to Dr Swanson she is the best 4 months ago she did my hernia and my belly button and she is amazing her personality her skill she's smart I hope they never get rid of her also doing and Dr Holcomb's office his nurse practitioner is on the money they take care of my mama they take care of me just amazing Russell is amazing

I recently did the sleep study here at the hospital! Mrs.Carmen made my stay very easy! We chatted and talked about things! The place was very nice and comfortable! I was asleep in no time! She made sure I was well cared for and seen upon! I highly recommend if you need one to please have it done here!

Came in to Russell. Because they found kidney cancer. They're wonderful people there. Especially a tect. Bryan Robert's. He help my needs like family. He was great to me. I really hope he stay here . Because every hospital needs a young man like this. Thank you. Russell medical for hiring him. Also made my life feel a little better .
