Sam's Club

Love Sam's! They have great prices and a clean store. I really love their scan and go app where I don't even have to go through a checker or stand in line to scan my own items. I can use my phone scan the items right in my cart, pay with my phone and I am out the door!

My favorite Sam's of the two bc I know where stuff is at. Definitely Love being Sams member and hope for more better deals in future. Definitely place to get gas and groceries. Worth membership fee for convenience. Great customer service and clean store with Fresh Produce

Loved the deals I found. Nice, well stocked and clean store. Having only 1 cashier was really bad. I don't care to use cc/debit cards, so I have to use a cashier. It'd be nice if they'd install self check outs fir cash transactions.

Can say enough good things!! Black card cash back is well worth the $100!! We stopped shopping at walmart! Sams has all you need for way better price!!!!!!

Just used curbside pickup and it went great. Ordered Easter Lilies and they were beautiful!

I ordered my wedding cake here, and I was very impressed with the level of excellent customer service that Tiffany gave me that day. I had a ton of questions, and she patiently answered each one thoroughly. I couldn't decide between the icing colors or which layers were going to be chocolate or white cake, and I felt a little foolish to get so hung up about something so simple, but she reassured me to take my time to decide because my wedding is one of the most important events of my life. That meant a lot to me, and I can't wait to see the cake next weekend when I marry the Love of my life

I've already tried this laminate, and the 100 percent waterproof one. They are both great products at a terrific price. If you have small children, pets, or someone who likes to move furniture around frequently....I highly recommend it.

Love this location. Easy in and out. Fuel is conveniently located just off the main entrance. Food court has lots to choose from. Lots of improvements happening inside too.

Large, clean local Sam's club with wide aisles. Somehow much easier to navigate than the Costco in town and much less busy. My main complaint is that the beer selection leaves a lot to be desired and I wish there was a liquor section like Costco has.

Nobody beats Sam's prices on tires...nobody. I compare every time and always come back to Sam's. Got the Michelin Defender LTX M/S, 275/60R20s for my Dodge Ram 1500 for only $995, including tax and full warranty...unbeatable!

I initially brought my vehicle to express oil change cuz my vehicle said low tire pressure, and they quoted me 300$ … I had to wait a few days to get that money together, and my dad suggested to check Sam’s first before I did. I went to Sam’s and I told them I need a new tire, no one would’ve had to argue with me, I was ready to drop the money… Tony in the garage at Sam’s fixed my tire in 30 minutes & since I’m a member it was free of charge! Today is a great day and even though Sam’s denied me when I tried to apply cuz they didn’t like that lil pre-employment survey I did, I am now a Sam’s customer for life! A huge thank you to Mr Tony in the garage as well!

Produce quality is infinitely better than what Costco offers.

This Sam's Warehouse in Huntsville Alabama was a big store. Bigger than the ones we have down in Trussville and Birmingham Alabama. And there was a "Larger" selection of products in this store. There were things in this store I've never seen in the other stores. I've been to this store twice and enjoyed it. The only thing I don't like is it is a hour and a half drive one way from my house but I will be going back though. And I feel that this store is big enough you can put the other stores in it and still have room.

2023 update- Scan and go and self checkouts make it a breeze to visit. Especially with the Sam's Club app being able to scan while you shop.

The lines are always short and when you are in a hurry the self checkout is a breeze

I love our Sam's location. Friendly, helpful staff, always neat and organized. Great selection of Family Extras water toys, outdoor furniture, clothing, love all they offer!!!!!

I prefer to shop at this Sam's over the other one in Huntsville. It seems less crowded and less chaotic unless you go around peak times and holidays, then it's busy no matter where you go. The layout of the store has a nice flow to it, you can work through all the aisles and hit fridge/freezer last before checking out. They do have salespeople that try to hook you right at the door for phone or cable. That's my biggest complaint against Sam's, however, this specific location meets all the standards you would expect from a shopping experience. They keep it clean, employees are kind, and do a pretty nice job of keeping it stocked up.

The Sam’s Club on south parkway is a lot nicer than the location on University drive.

Clean location and the self check out app is a great time saver. I have both Costco and Sam's Club memberships, but find myself at Sam's 90% of the time. The curbside pickup is also the best that I have tried. Quick and friendly staff bring your order right to you.

The staff was very helpful in assisting with the scan and go process. We were slightly confused on the coupon application but we figured it out and saved money. Able to shop and compare prices, leaving with good buys and savings to prevent from budgeting future purchases. Customer service also issued another card during our visit, recommending more help in this department on a busy Sunday afternoon. Although the lines seemed to take awhile she was exceptionally efficient.
