i have purchased from Two different Badcock locations now with moving here to Alabama, but honestly love both experiences and the staff at both locations.
The staff here in Decatur was a tremendous help and very friendly to deal with.

We had to purchase several pieces of furniture and had gone to several stores before landing at Babcock. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, not pushy at all. Victoria also let us know that by coming back on a different day we could get an additional 10% off because of an upcoming sale. Very happy with our shopping experience and looking forward to receiving our new furniture soon.

Daniel was an amazing salesman. He was knowledgeable of the products that I was looking for and answered all of my questions without hesitation. I liked that he was respectful of your space while you shopped allowing you time to come to a conclusion about making your purchase without pressuring you. As a fellow worker in the retail industry I appreciate his ability to read his customers.

I just loved, I have been buying 23 years ago and the quality still the same I definitely said badcock is to me. one of the best furniture stores in Decatur thanks all the staff,specially the (HISPANICS) for the help and good services

Fast, friendly service! Ordered my furniture and had it delivered a week later! Delivery takes care of everything. They set it up and do the clean up!

Update: I love the team at out Decatur, Al location. However, we ordered a living-room suite several weeks ago. Was supposed to be delivered Thursday, July 30th. It has now been moved back to August 10th! We got rid of our old living-room suite this weekend in preparation of new furniture arriving Thursday!! Very disappointed. Manager did find couch in another store, but couldn't be delivered until the 8th. We chose to wait for the full set to come in 2 days later. Just so disappointed.

Friendly staff, great customer service and a wide range of furniture to choose from. If it's not in the store they'll order it for you ,deliveries on time. Would recommend to anyone who looking for classic furnishings at affordable prices.

The store manager is the best she's always smiling and friendly; she is always helpful when my wife and I shop there. She has our business for any of our house items.

Another great purchase. I wanted a specific grill and Columbia called around and found one for me. she went above and beyond for me to get that grill. I also bought a very classy lamp.
