I went through four weeks of physical therapy and I’m glad it was with Madison Physical Therapy Services. Amazing staff! Everyone there is super friendly! Definitely will be coming back if I ever need physical therapy again.

I had tried several physical therapist in my twenty years here In Madison but I was extremely disappointed with all of them until about about 14 years ago when I tried Madison Physical Therapy run by Dale Russell. He and his staff have treated me for many issues like my back, shoulder, knee , arm , hip and neck. I have been seen by all of his staff and all have been superb! I have probably had close to 100 treatments there.

The thing that sets Madison Physical Therapy apart from the others is the quality and hands on treatment for the better part of your visit! Unlike others that show you an exercise and then hooks you up to electric stimulation and heat and then sends you on your way Dale spends at least a full hour with you giving you a comprehensive treatment. Also Dale’s has the best therapist with great skills, knowledge and the best attitudes in the business!

I tell my daughter who is a Medical Doctor I have received more pain relief at Madison Physical Therapy than all the doctors I have seen in my 72 years! I promise you that if you tell your doctor you want to be referred to Dale Russell’s office instead of the one your Doctor normally send patients to you will not be disappointed!

To me Madison Physical Therapy is a gift to this community! They are the nearest things to miracle workers that the Huntsville/Madison area has to offer!

I was very pleased with the treatment by Dale and all the staff. They are not only very professional and competent, but made me feel welcome and valued as a client. I had rotator cuff surgery that put me in am immobilizer that I had not expected, but with therapy I am getting back to normal. I have been in physical therapy off and on since 2007. This is the first time I used Madison PT. This was probably the best experience that I have had in all the time I have been in therapy. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to easily work with my schedule. They always made sure I was comfortable while pushing me to progress. I will definitely use them again should I have the need.

I have used the services of Madison Physical Therapy on several occasions, mainly post-op physical therapy for arthroscopic knee procedures. I have always been impressed with the level of care and appreciate the time that Dale and his staff take to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. Dale is super knowledgeable and really took the time to slow down and listen to my issues. Very thoughtful explanations and one-on-one work. I went here because my issue is related to cycling, and Dale is a cyclist, so it’s nice to get treatment from someone who really understands knee and hip issues.

Best place for physical therapy no doubt! I have seen Dale for a knee replacement, broken wrist, and shoulder pain! He gives one on one attention to his patients! I recommend him highly! If your doctor says you need physical therapy, ask if you can go to Madison Physical Therapy Services. You will be extremely happy!

The staff is professional and personable. They are thorough and flexible to your therapy requirements.

I've been with Madison Physical Therapy Services since 2015/2016. They have helped me through total knee replacement, two total hip replacements, and right shoulder arthroscopic surgery. I can't imagine going anywhere else. It's not a meat market like Sports Med or TOC where the therapists are taking care of multiple customers at once. Madison PT Services is strictly a one-on-one session with knowledgeable and very capable therapists. Why would you want to go anywhere else?

After recovering from two shoulder surgeries here, I'm kind of family. Both times I've gone from stuck and in pain 2 days after surgery to full recovery. Well, I just got released from the second one but I have complete confidence in what to do to get back to full range and strength. Already I can live day to day pain free and not thinking about it. I've spent most of my time with Dale and hes been great to explain what was going on and keep the progress coming. Marlene keeps me on schedule and works magic with insurance. I've had sessions with Lori and Tracy and thought they were great too.

Dale Russell helped me rehab from torn meniscus surgery. With each visit I always felt better and his knowledge helped me further improve by strengthening at home as well. I have recommended Dale to others who have complimented him, one of which praised him for taking away her pain when past methods did not work.

I had pain between my shoulder blades from working at my desk so much and not keeping good posture. Doctor did some massaging and taught me some stretches. The issue has not returned after following his instructions.
