Tellus Self Storage - Arlington

Great Price. My stuff stayed safe and dry. Staff was always kind and helpful when I came to the office to make payments (my preferred method). Other family members use Tellus too.

We used Tellus at Arlington for 10 years with great service and customer support. Facility was clean, well maintained, and secure. Staff were always friendly and willing to adjust to your needs. A great business with great people.

This place is GREAT!! First of all, Curt the Manager is Awesome! He gives excellent customer service and will tell you everything you could possibly need to know about Storage Unit rental. He even gave me some ideas that I didn’t think about.
I was looking online and calling to ask questions to other storage facilities in Madison and it seemed as if most people were very short and rude an didn’t have time to speak to me. So I continued my search and I saw numerous 5 star reviews for Arlington Park Storage Facility, so I decide to go by and talk to them. I am so glad I did and I am now a tenant.
I got a Great price, a Free Lock and to top it off, I got free use of a Moving Truck to move my heavy items. That alone saved me a lot of money.
This facility is so Clean, it has no bugs or critters anywhere, it has lots of room to get to your unit & be able to work at cleaning out your unit, it has 24 hr Gate Access and it feels so secure with all the cameras, fencing and Manager on site. I am so glad that I found this place and I really appreciate having such a Great Manager as Curt is.. Thanks so much for all of your help!!!

This is my 3rd time using Tellus Self Storage. They are great. Even though my guy Chad is gone (may God bless and keep him), my lady Vanessa is just as pleasant, helpful and great. I told her Chad was a hard act to follow, but she met the mark on customer service. The place is still exceptionally clean, quiet and has all to help you when needed. Thanks Tellus.

Mr. Curtis was absolutely wonderful. I walked in and thought, oh my goodness I am going to be here forever because there were 3 customers and one staff person. Nope, I was totally wrong. I truly appreciated the detailed information and how efficient yet very, very thorough he was.
I checked out two other storage companies in this area. One company off Martin Rd quoted me a price of $220 for a 10x10. When the representative saw the shocked look on my face she begin giving me a lesson on supply and demand. Missing the fact of competition. Hands down I saved over $140 renting the same size unit from Arlington Park Self Storage.
Let me not forget to mention, how super happy I am that my unit was eligible for a moving truck at no cost. NO OTHER COMPANY OFFERED THAT!!!

I've been using this place for years. Always helpful. Reasonable prices, especially if you go online. They are clean and offer a moving truck when renting larger units.

Tell us Self Storage-Arlington Park was a wonderful experience at a difficult time for us. The manager, Curt Blankenship, was very helpful! We started with one unit, but as the moving process progressed, we realized we needed multiple units. On short notice Curt arranged making units as close together within the property as possible available to us, and kept the paperwork as painless as possible by email. The facility is clean and well maintained. Overall a 5 star experience!

Very clean, and affordable and allows use of a free truck with move in. Makes having to move they much easier. Manager was very personable, straightforward and honest. Would recommend Tellus for any storage needs!

Tracy is awesome. I’ve rented at this site for several years. While Tracy is new here, she is doing great and a pleasure to work with!

This storage place is clean, well lit when dark, easy access to all units, self timer lights work fine so i could move into my unit after dark without worry. The manager is very friendly And customer oriented, seems to be ready to help anyone in need of a good clean reliable storage unit. The location is one of the main factors, it is accessible very easily off of 565 from either direction. There are only local businesses close by, no neighborhoods. I felt very safe in my move, especially the gate that requires a special card to enter

Excellent location that is highly visible with good lighting. Very well maintained.
The manager Curt is amazingly helpful and clear about options and requirements. He's got a wall of management awards in the office, and he deserves every one of them. He's very capable and on top of everything.

Management was friendly and direct. 24hr access is a really nice perk, and the RFID gate key means there is no access code to memorize. Coming from Washington, DC, I've NEVER heard of a free moving truck rental, just because I was signing up for a space in a storage house! That was a nice surprise! All told, I'm pretty happy with my arrangement!

I got a great deal on a 5x10 and it's perfect. I it was easy to reserve the unit online. The manager Curt was awesome to work with. I will recommend this to any of my friends.
