Jack's is the most dependable place to get food on the drive to work. Their service is amazing!!!
It's my favorite pit stop for breakfast 🥞.
Starbucks might make you late, but Jack's makes you early or on time to work. In & out in under 5 minutes if no line, 10 mins MAX if there is a line.
The ladies are so sweet, and Jack's saves lives and keeps people sane with all the quick service during morning rush.

Google is recommending me to leave a review, but it doesn't understand that I didn't really EAT at Jack's. I'm a locksmith and went there to do work for them.

As a locksmith, I've been in many fast food restaurants for many different safe problems. Most of the time, I'm slipping and sliding around on greasy floors and covered in 'stuff' by the time I'm done. But, this place was CLEAN.

My 2 cents.

It was an outstanding burger and fires. First time eating at a Jack's and was not disappointed. Service was fast and friendly. Food was hot and delicious. Will definitely stop by again whenever we are through there.

As promised to the manager at the jacks here- I would let them know what I thought. I am a truck driver and I just want to start by saying I am grateful for the parking they have. It’s always a huge boon to have a nice place to sleep. As for the food? The burger was more or less what I expected. It WAS good. I won’t lie and say outstanding, but it was visually well put together, the ingredients used were fresh, and it tasted pretty damned good (especially for the price, I expected much less). It was the FRIES (that the manager specifically recommended) that were the real kicker. I have never had fries seasoned that way, and while they looked like normal crinkle cut fries- they were a step ABOVE. Popcorn flavored was 100% a good move, and as with the burger they were fresh! I can’t speak much to the atmosphere because I didn’t dine in, but the lot and outside were clean and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful! will certainly recommend to any of my truck driver friends who may pass through the Decatur area and I will definitely be parking here on my excursions through Alabama as well :) thanks Jack’s staff!

Jack's has taken the place of many fast food brands in small and medium-sized towns. I did not expect much but was pleasantly surprised. They seem to have a winning recipe with great food and good pricing.

Just want to give a shout out to the morning crew at this Jack's location. They are doing an amazing job. I heard the manager say they are training two employees this morning, and they were all knocking out orders like a boss.

Great place to grab something good and tasty on your way to anywhere! Truck parking is a bonus!

Very Friendly...I thought the Turn Around in Management was very Noticeable..Workers are all on the same page now ...Food Service is Definitely at its Best...Love goin here.I love the Chicken Fingers/ Chicken .It is definitely Two of my Favorites..So reasonable...fits right into my Budget....Thank you.. So much for turn around...On How the food is Prepared Now & Cleanliness of this Establishment...Highly Recommend Everyone to come out and see for yourself..Thank you Again ..To the GM Tish...for making this place One Of My Favorites..Definitely will be comin back...

Got there a little late...and the staff was in a great mood still. I ordered no pickle and no mustard on my big Jack and the burger looked just like the picture...nice and not rushed together. The shake was fantastic.

Jack's rocks the South! The best fried chicken & vegetables, best berger & fries in town!

Great place to grab some lunch. We had 2 piece chicken dinner with Cole slaw and chicken sandwich both good for a good price. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great food and they got the order right the fordt time. Plus the price was great!

First time ever. Loved it. The flounder fish sandwich rocked. The service was great. Time from ordering to feasting on some wicked good food was extremely fast. The sweet tea was delicious. Us Northern folk don't get sweet tea like that.

The assistant manager Kim’s was the nicest person I have come in contact with for months! I drive 18 wheelers over the road and she made me feel like I was back home

It was lunch time so it was a little wait,but the cashier did apologize for the time, after I finished eating I told her it was well worth the wait because the food was fresh,hot and Very Good , good clean bathroom and dining room, keep up the good work

First time trying a jacks and they truck parking eat dinner and breakfast there everything wax amazing total cost was 15 bucks I will be back I pickup loads in decater alot great place

Great food and the manger was super helpful. I didn't catch his name but my visit was on 2-7-22 around 4pm. Being an over the trucker I run into a lot of people who don't go out of their way to provide good customer service. So it was really good seeing someone who cares about what they do

Amazing customer service from the drive thru very early in the morning and i believe she was a manager. Food took awhile since they had to kill it first and the large milk is EXTREMELY too small. But because of the great personality and service 5 stars and we will be back also i bet if i had wanted a milkshake their machine would be working lol
