Red-X-Fitness Decatur

I signed up to this gym on 1/1/24 and have only missed 3 days since then. I’ve lost 37 pounds as of today and I feel so much better. The equipment is excellent and the facilities are clean and tidy.

My routine has only been eating better and eating less along with going to the gym almost every day before work. It takes a lot of will power and historically I’ve missed that mark at times but if you want to change your life join red-x. I’ve met some great people that are trying to do better themselves as well. This is the best money that I’ve ever spent.

I’ve been a member of a lot of gyms and this is definitely one of the better ones. I love the turf area; I typically just use free weights and kettlebells to work out so it’s great to be away from the machines with tons of room to spread out. The sauna is great as well!

I love this gym. It has a great atmosphere with super friendly people. The staff is helpful. The classes are so fun. My favorite thing (besides the people) is all the turf space to stretch. I also love all the natural lighting and windows.

Just moved to the Decatur area from Upstate NY last week. Jay helped me get set with ease, and i’ve been absolutely in love with the facility! Great atmosphere, excellent equipment and 24/7 access. Very happy, would recommend!

I love this gym, it is my happy place. The group fitness instructors are fantastic. They keep me motivated, fit, and injury free.

Facility is clean and has an adequate amount of equipment. Great atmosphere with multiple opportunities to assist members in their fitness goals.

Great gym. Great staff! And open 24/7. Also never overly crowded, so I can always get a good workout in!

I live this gym. The people are super friendly. The classes are fun. I like the turf spaces and the wide variety of equipment.

I love this gym! Especially the turf area, it’s a good place to stretch and do different kinds of workouts. The staff in the front are always so polite and greet me every time I come in the door! Plus they decorate for the holidays :)

Started at Decatur location around 2 months ago. My child loves the childcare area, tanning beds or sauna is a nice way to get warmed up before a workout. We go in the mornings and love it!

The equipment is great and I love the spin class with Carmen and chuck always greets you soon as you walk in. Place could be a little cleaner but you definitely see workers cleaning all morning!!!

Over all I’m happy with this gym!! The childcare was a big deal for me!! Wish they had better shirts, etc to purchase and cute ones!! I would buy!

Awesome staff, reasonable prices, 24-hour access 7 days a week and amazing equipment. The place is kept clean. This gym is good for the novice, the intermediate lifter or serious powerlifters. I've been members for 7 years and will continue.

I highly recommend Bender's Gym! The staff and personal trainers are friendly and supportive which creates a great atmosphere in the gym. The childcare workers are very friendly and interacts with the children the whole time. The facility is very clean and they have a variety of classes and equipment to use.
