This Thrifty location is based in the airport, so no amenities to speak of. However, both staffers that I met were kind and easy to work with. My car was a base model, 2019 Toyota Corolla which was great on gas and did the job. Not to mention the price... Check em out if you need a trip rental.

The counter was closed when I got there so they sent me over to Hertz to get my car. They were pretty fast. They upgraded my car to an SUV. They car was a little scratched up but it was decent for my two week trip. Overall I would recommend this place.

2 employees working at the counter for 3 companies combined - hertz, dollar, thrifty. Fast pickup booths are closed. There were seven people in front of me and mine and It took over a half hour to get to the counter, plus another 10 minutes to get the keys after that.

Had a reservation but when I went to the counter to get my car - they said they didn’t have any cars available. There was a waitlist with multiple people ahead of me and they couldn’t tell me when they might have a car. I asked them to cancel the reservation and took an Uber. I called into customer service later and they didn’t have any record of the cancellation. They canceled it for me - will never rent from Thrifty.

Website says desk closes at 12:30am. The customer support agent I spoke with on the day of travel told me this location closes at 12:30am. However, when we showed up at 11:45pm the desk was already closed, even though we had a reservation and they knew our flight information. We had to pay for a ride both that night and in the morning to return for a car (that we got from a different company!). When I emailed Thrifty about this issue and asked how they would make it better, they responded with: “I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that you had.. Our aim is to provide customers with a service experience which not only meets, but exceeds their expectations. I regret that this was not your experience and I assure you that your comments have been taken on board.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you again for contacting us and we look
forward to serving you in the future.”
I won’t be using Thrifty or Hertz in the future.

Charged $148.48 on a $97 rental. Returned on full but charged for fuel. Won't answer the phone, called corporate they get no answer either but say they cant fix it as its a franchise even though they fall under corporate licensing. Had to call credit card company to dispute just bad business. rental agreement #y99383071 Aug 30 th to Aug 31

This place is horrible! I showed up today to get my car. Because I didn't have a copy of my insurance policy or the app with it on it; they would not give me the car. My husband (who was boarding a plane at the time) scrambled to forward me our insurance info - all of it from his app. That was not good enough; the clerk made me stand there and email it to them. I had to get out of line while everyone else breezed through. I have never had to provide such detailed proof of auto insurance for a rental. My spouse rents cars on a regular basis and has never been asked for this info. I even gave them a credit card to hold for potential damages. This was embarrassing and humiliating! I will never use them again and I will continue to give bad reviews where I can and by word of mouth.

Would not accept a major credit card. No appeal, just handed it back to me and said they did not accept the card. Another car rental place accepted it without question.

I’m not one to post reviews very often but they have the worst customer service out of any car rental place I’ve encountered. Picking up the car, they were extremely rude. I called to extend and the first lady said yes but that I needed to make a payment over the phone. No problem but I was driving and couldn’t so I said I’d call back. Called back and spoke to someone else who refused to help and was nasty on the phone and I’m in no place to be able to return the car considering the first lady said I could extend it. So now I’m going to charged a ton for a late return due to her unwillingness to help and a clear lack of communication on their end.

Customer service is everything in these businesses and when its poor, you lose business. Never again.

Don’t bother with this company. EVER. I had to travel for a medical appointment and we booked a reservation for a car. When we arrived at the airport, we were informed that they overbooked and that this was normal. They told us it was a three hour minimum, and a 24 hour maximum hour wait for our car. We had no transportation to the hospital and missed the appointment—that we flew hundreds of miles to get to. They refused to issue a refund and I was told that I should just “deal with it,” by a rude customer service rep. Thrifty cost us close to a thousand dollars with their “mistake.” I’ve traveled extensively and have never experienced such a pathetic, rude, costly, and stupid mistake with any other company. Please do not make the same mistake I did—use any other company.

I would never rent a car from Dollar again. They didn’t offer unlimited mileage on the van unlike their competition. The website doesn’t show that clearly and with all the other useless information that you have to go through that is easily missed. Extremely disappointed that I chose Dollar for lower initial cost but now I see why I should have never used them in the first place. If only I could give them a zero star rating.

The actual car rental and service was good but was baited in a set rate and then they cheated me on return by changing the rate. I had reserved the van for 5 days but when I checked out the vehicle I asked if I could return it early if things changed. I was told yes that would be fine and nothing else. Came to check it in and the new representative charged a higher rate for each day. I questioned why and she said oh you turned it in early so we have to charge the higher rate. I said no one warned me about that and she said sorry but they change the rate if you turn it in early. One way to rip off the customer instead of serving the customer. If I had been warned I would have kept it the extra day so the almost $20 a day extra charge would not have happened. Never in 40 years of car returning has this ever happened before - shame on dollar

If I could give no stars I would. I have been trying to get a receipt for the past 11 days. Not able to get in contact directly to location. When I call the 800 number, they tell me they themselves have not been able to reach out to the location. Since they are a third party, Dollar is saying that it’s not really on them. They had no problem charging the credit card, but can’t get me a receipt. Really disappointed and frustrated!

We reserved a Full size car. When we arrived, we requested a Dodge Charger. The girl at the counter told us that we couldn't have it. She LITERALLY said the policy is that they don't just hand out the Charger to just anybody because people steal them :/ WHAT?! So I calmly asked, is there a Charger available? YES, but I can't rent it to you. A manager has 2 approve it...but they're in a meeting 4 the next 30min to an hour. Even then you probably won't get it. WTF. And she had a bad attitude, was very rude & unfriendly...like she just didn't care. NEVER again. We went to Enterprise (two counters down) & got a Charger!
