Publix Pharmacy at Eastside Junction

Wife had a new script called in today by her doctor. That was at 2:30pm. Didn’t hear anything from the pharmacy so I took a ride on my motorcycle into town. Stopped by Publix and went to the pharmacy to see if it was done, she said it was listed to be picked up the next day. She then asked if my wife needed it today, I said that would be great. The pharmacist looked at the script and said she could get it for me. She also said that they were very short staffed today. I wondered around the store for 20 minutes or so and checked back with them, it was ready. Thank you Publix pharmacy for the great customer service!

The staff at this pharmacy is just truly out of this world. Every time I go I am always greeted with a smile and a how are ya. I really feel like part of the #pharmily. For example: tasia. She is a very compassionate pill thrower. Thank you

I've used Publix pharmacy for years now. I've never had any issues. I ordered a refill Monday. I was out of refills, so they requested a refill from my doctor. Apparently I haven't been to the doctor for a year, so I couldn't get the refill until I see them. Mad at the doctor's office for not making sure I had a necessary check up to be able to get refills. I can't go without my medicine, but the Doctors office doesn't seem to care. Publix pharmacy cared. They loaned me enough medicine to make it until my appointment with the doctor. Huge thank you to Publix pharmacy.

After waiting 18 hours ( still not processed) to get a prescription filled at another pharmacy, I had it sent here and was able to pick up much faster!

Staff is pleasant, with a home town feel. They answered all my questions, and filled the prescription quickly.

I have always had excellent customer service at this pharmacy.

I just moved here 4 weeks ago and I've been to this Pharmacy twice. Each time I encountered rude behavior from 2 of the girls working there. They really shouldn't be concerned as to what people can afford to pay for certain medications. It's really none of their business.

It's okay

I call my prescription in every month around 10 am. Something I rely on. It's never ready until the next day. They say they are behind but they are always in the back laughing and playing around doing nothing. They act like you are a burden on them.

Between my husband and myself, unfortunately we get a lot of meds here. You never know if you get someone cooperative or not. They make you feel bad about getting meds. Example name: Christine. It’s so convenient for me but hard to do business at Publix. There are some there that answer the phone that just a plan hateful to even help you. And on top of all that they tell me for a 30 day prescription they start the 30 days the day after you get it filled ???? Who does that?

I will never be back to this pharmacy, I love this publix & the staff but not the pharmacy staff, they are rude & have no compassion at all for their customers. I called because my dr faxed in a medication I was out of & asked when it'd be ready & Lexy said the next day. I asked if I could get it today because I'm out & will be having surgery the next day then Lexy tells me that has nothing to do with my surgery, excuse me but WHAT?? She also said that I couldn't speak with a manager or pharmacist because they were all to busy to speak with me so she put a technician on the phone, I just told them I'd be transferring all my medications to Eastside. Called Eastside, who btw closed in 30 minutes, they called got my medds transferred & had them ready within that 30 minutes. So if your looking for a pharmacy I suggest Eastside, their amazing!

Consistently long wait times, even for small Rx orders. Currently waiting 5 hours and order is still not ready.

Other family members have had better service at other Publix Pharmacy locations

Absolutely ridiculous! Had 2 prescriptions sent over at 9AM, told me at 9:39AM it would be an hour, at 10:39AM, neither prescription was ready give them "an additional 45 minutes" and now at 12:26PM, ONE IS READY IT WILL BE ANOTHER 45 MINUTES BEFORE THE OTHER PRESCRIPTION WILL BE FILLED. HAVE ABSOLUTELY LOST A CUSTOMER TODAY! NO COMPASSION OR APOLOGY OR EVEN EXPLANATION GIVEN, ABSURD!!!
