Jordan was very helpful and checkout went smoothly. Everyone at the store was nice and not pushy like many furniture store employees can be. The commutation on delivery was super simple via text. The delivery guys were processional, friendly and experienced. Definitely recommend Ashley in Lubbock.

My salesman, Jorge, was very knowledgeable. He had a very warm and respectful attitude. I felt like he had my best interest at heart. I totally will refer friends and relatives to go see him if they need furniture.

Johnny was a great help! We were able to find our couch and had no issues doing so. This was the first store in Lubbock that we went to, we fell in love with the customer service and the couch we picked. We decided to look around at other stores just to consider all our options and we didn’t find a better deal and certainly didn’t find better customer service anywhere!

Lovely team. The guy who helped me was kind and very knowledgeable. Helped me find the perfect desk, and didn’t attempt to upsell me. In fact, made sure I got the right piece for the work I’ll be doing, not just something pretty. Will be back!

Ryan Senger greeted us at the door, and got us exactly what we were looking for. He wasn’t pushy and listened to our wants when it came to a mattress, he was also knowledge on the different models and options. In and out of the store in less than an hour within delivery already setup. Great experience.

Went to Ashley Furniture today to look for a recliner to match my mother’s sofa and was helped immediately. Trevor did such an excellent job in helping me find the perfect recliner. Customer service was excellent.

These guys have gone the extra mile to help us out. I live in East Texas and have a daughter moving to Lubbock. Dustin,Ryan, and Ginger worked with me for at least three days over the phone on putting an order together in their store. They did everything in their power to help use out and keep it within our budget. Great group of people!! All I can say is Dallas Metroplex area stores have alot to learm from you all in West Texas! Derek was the best, he took the time to explain multiple options of furniture, compared online and in store availability. I purchased the perfect pieces and awaiting the “white glove” delivery on Wednesday.

First time in an Ashley Furniture store and was pleasantly surprised!!! Went in to look for outdoor furniture but ended up buying a bedroom set instead! Wonderful staff that were very attentive to my needs. Rhyne was my salesman and was Awesome to work with. Definitely will be shopping here again. Probably look for some more new furniture at Ashley’s this week!

Rhyan was very very helpful. I had spoken with him over the phone on Friday and he met me at the door Sunday. Of course he showed me the dreamiest of mattresses but stayed focused on my original inquiry. The perfect balance of what I was looking for and what was also available. It wasn’t an upsale. It was and education. I could not be happier with the time I spent at Ashley’s.
