Knights Inn Charleston

An amazing motel for the price. Excellent service. Has an ice maker near the check in, and a water fountain to refill with cold filtered water. Room was very clean with a small tv. Couldn’t have asked for a better stop on my way through the lovely town of Charleston.

Loved our stay.
It was clean and comfortable.
As smokers, it was nice just to step out our door and smoke.
No one messed with us and service staff were down home friend.
So if you are a normie and not hoytie toytie, you will thoroughly enjoy your stay.
Bring your own coffee.

I stayed there for about 3 weeks when I first moved to West Virginia. The hotel they kept it very clean. And they were so helpful and kind and they even let your dogs stay there but of course it was a charge. I don't know why they don't charge for children but they charge for dogs I guess because some owners don't clean up after their dogs my dogs are house trained and hotel trained they would never mess up a place because they know I wouldn't live with them take care it's a nice place to stay the people are great or should I say the owners are great they're very helpful

The room was fine. Good for a few days stay.
Approaching the motel is tricky from the north. Lots of construction. GPS got us through, though.

No frills, but clean and comfortable. Updated bathroom and vanity area. IHOP right across the street. Person at front desk was very personable and polite. Well lit parking lot. As a solo female traveler I felt secure.

My daughter and grandson and I stayed there overnight on way to see my grandmother who was ready to receive her wings. Although we requested non smoking and apparently someone did smoke in there so they very nicely moved us to another even nicer room. Both rooms had 2 large beds and a small refrigerator and microwave oven. We did check for bedbugs and happily can say they had none. Thank you for a room switch. I would recommend this place.

The room was nice, could have used two chairs and a desk. Overall, very friendly service and clean. The location was great, close distance to surrounding stores.

Clean room. Super friendly staff. Extremely comfortable beds. Nice shower, good water pressure. Quiet at night. Microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker and coffee and hair dryer. Free WiFi. Overall a great stay and we will stay here again.

We were stuck in Charleston for 18 days with a broken down semi. Andy the manager and his wife were so nice and helpful. The property is older but they keep it very clean. Rates were reasonable. Normally there is free breakfast and a nice pool but these features were not available due to covid.

Not only are the prices reasonable, but the front desk has taken my last minute reservations twice. The front desk manager is very hospitable and accommodating. Rooms are clean.

One of my favorite places to stay when in Charleston Wv.
Always clean and usually available but best to call ahead. Plenty of parking with easy off and on interstate access... Lots of food within minutes...

I stay here 3 times a year and it's great price.. I love how the rooms are first floor and parking is right outside the door.. I bring a 71 year old man here and it helps so much with the parking being right by hotel room. Staff is always so friendly and we stay a week at a time never have any problems..

Okay, the five star rating is for a budget hotel, not the Ritz. But this place has been remodeled. I recently stayed there totally dreading it after seeing reviews, but they aren't accurate. Get a remodeled room, and this place is absolutely fine.

I stayed at the Knights Inn in Charleston and I arrived earlier than the check in time. The front desk clerk went to check to see if my room was ready, instead of saying I was too early to check in, like most do. The room was very nice and clean, and close to the front desk, which I really appreciated since I was a woman travelling alone. The price was great! I have paid double that amount for rooms that weren't half as nice. Great Job Knights Inn! I will be staying here again,

My husband and I stay here every time we are in town. Greatly appreciate staff. The owner will go out of his way to make sure you are satisfied. Great price and accommodation s.

I always gave the speedway for the rewards it's great to be able to use your rewards and get free stuff but the machine at the South Charleston in spring Hill store the machine that you print out your rewards is always broke so you can never get your little tickets so you could use your rewards other than that the store is awesome the people that work there are great and the deli food is awesome

RIGHT OFF 77. EASY ON AND OFF. HAS FOOD AND GAS RIGHT BY HOTEL. VERY QUIET. NEW BEDS AND REMODELED ROOMS IN OLD HOTEL. WAS CLEAN. UNDER $60.
HOTEL STAFF WERE FRIENDLY.

I READ PREVIOUS REVIEWS AND I'M NOT SURE THEY STAYED AT SAME HOTEL. YES IT'S OLD HOTEL BUT HAS BEEN REMODELED WITH NEW BEDS.
WAS CLEAN AND SMELLED CLEAN.
I FELT SAFE.
IT WAS CHEAP AND CONVIENIENT.

The price, location, staff and facilities are all great. It's an older motel that serves it's purpose just fine. Will definitely be back.

Andy at the front desk good man help me a lot I was on the road broke down the rooms ain't bad it's an older motel but the beds are pretty comfortable I enjoyed my stay

Clean , efficient room with fast friendly service. Had a few extras like a fridge and microwave. A good deal for the price.
