Art the Manager was very helpful!!! All his staff (like Matt) have EXCELLENT bedside manner!!! If I can give this place a 10 star I would do it!! They are super helpful and way better than the store on 50th street!! All of his staff are super friendly and they get everything done with ease!!

Hannah was very sweet and cheerful and provided excellent customer service at check out. Also, received very helpful service while choosing our items.

Always the best store to go to for all of my office needs from laptops to printers to sharpies. They are always in stock and always in the know. Nickoy and staff are on target with knowledge and kindness. Can’t find that combo at very many places these days.

Alex helped me out BIG TIME on Friday! I called with a last-minute emergency print job and he was able to get me taken care of in less than an hour. I know this isn’t the norm, so I am extremely thankful he was willing and able to help me out! He gave me a QR code to complete a survey, but the link wasn’t working for some reason. I still wanted the appreciation to be passed on- hopefully this makes it his way! Thank you Alex!!!

Nickov at the Lubbock Marsha Sharp location always goes above and beyond to help the customer. Every time I stop in (which is only once a quarter or so) he is on the showroom floor working right along side his staff. Nickov is respectful and helpful to each customer, he is professional, and is a true asset to the Office Depot. I hope he never leaves, because he’s bringing to local business type feeling from a big box retailer…which is very hard to find. Great job Office Depot, for hiring such a quality manager.

Copy & Print: very, very helpful and was able to get all my things together for meeting/presentation. Alex is the best at making sure every customer is helped and recognized. Thank you Alex!!

Great assistance when needed…..Always a pleasant visit!

I had a last minute print job tonight that I needed early in the morning and wasn’t sure I could get it done. I called and spoke with Zoe in the print dept. and she gave me options and told me she could get the job completed and ready to pickup at the time I needed it in the morning. Thank you Zoe for the outstanding help and experience, you are amazing!

Went in and was greeted by 2 different accociates and asked if I needed help. At the time, I didn't. Later on when I couldn't find what I was looking for, they helped me find what I was looking for and I had multiple options to choose from. Checkout was quick and easy and being a rewards member paid off. Got a discount I didn't even know I had.

I had a custom printing need I felt may not be possible Lexie got it perfect for me I definitely would recommend this Office Depot for your printing needs Malcom McKay

Amazing customer service and very helpful/willing to help

Researched my item which was found to be cheaper at Office Depot. When I arrived they were out of stock. Not to worry though because the staff saw my need and adjusted the price of a better item to help me avoid a drive across town.

In a world where most people are buried in their phones or their own tasks, I find the employees at Office Depot have their heads up and are looking for opportunities to serve the customer. They're friendly and focused on helping me find exactly the office supplies I need. Shopping there is a really good experience.

I walked into the store 15 minutes before closing time and was greeted by 2 smiling young men who had no problem with my late arrival. Alex helped me print some documents from my IPhone and he even laughed at my joke. Overall a wonderful experience! ♥

Salesman helped me find the correct toner over the phone before . Made sure they had it in stock and when I got to the store helped me troubleshoot some problems I was having .

I was looking for a car vent phone holder since I was traveling and needed one for my car rental. As soon as I walked into Office Depot, Zoe greeted me with a smile and offered her assistance immediately. My new car vent phone holder is amazing and the customer service I received was superb!! Alex is the perfect example of excellent customer service, he took care of me even when he was extremely busy and got me fixed up within 10 minutes. Printed the signs I needed and laminated them as well!
