Update: Went to the physical store the employees were very helpful and able to get me my phone. I was in and out in a couple minutes. Next time I’ll just go in store to buy my products instead of purchasing online and waiting for Verizon to send and email.

Original post: Been waiting to get a confirmation to pick up my new phone for over a day. The store doesn’t pick up the phone to answer questions. The call centers keep saying I have to wait. I chose the pick up in store option as it was supposed to be ready after a couple of hours. If it was going to take days I would have just had it shipped.

Juan could not have been a better representative of Verizon. He was very professional, answered all our questions, transferred all of our data to our new I-phones, and we we able to leave the store with new phones, fully operable, within 45.minutes. We had a great experience and could not be more pleased!

Went in today for an upgrade and got the best service I’ve gotten at a Verizon before. Juan helped me every step of the way and I will be coming to this location anytime I need something. Excellent service.

I visited a Verizon authorized retailer over a week ago to purchase a SIM card! The agent inserted the new SIM and told me it would be activated in 15 minutes, after 24 hours of "NO SERVICE," I called Verizon Tech support spent days/hours on the phone, unsuccessfully they were not able to activate my service!! I was then instructed to go to a Verizon corporate store to get a new card, but I decided to visit a different Verizon authorized retailer! The agent who assisted me was able to activate my phone within 10 mins! and after 8 days of no cellular service I left as a happy and satisfied customer thanks to a caring and awesome Agent!!

The employees at this store have always bern helpful

I went in to this location about a week ago, I was having some issues with connectivity and my line while I was out of town. I was helped by Juan and honestly it was one of the best experiences I’ve had with Verizon thus far. 10/10 would recommend! If you have to go in definitely ask for Juan he was super helpful and I even updated my plan while I was there!

I dreaded going & getting a new phone today but Juan helped me immediately & made the process simple & quick! He made sure that my new phone mirrored my old one & that everything worked before I left the store! He was helpful & enjoyable!

Excellent service. The store manager, if I remember correctly his name is juan, really helped me with my problem and answered all my doubts, I'm also very happy with my new phone which he also helped me choose according to my needs.

I had such a great experience at this location. They were so helpful with an issue that I've been trying to fix for about 2 months. Well I decided to stop at this location because it was closer to had been running my errands. Well I'm so happy that I did. I had been going to the 34th street location and they weren't so helpful and attentive. The store on south university will for now on have my business and recommendations

I visited this location a day or two ago. Dominique Arnold helped me with my upgrade on my phone, She was outstanding! she was very punctual, and helpful. The other employees at this location were also very friendly, helpful and knowlegable of there products. I do see myself shopping at this location again soon for some accessories & my wifes upgrade as well. With that being said, You guys are the reason I am proud to be apart of the Verizon family. Thank you!

The salesperson went above and beyond to help us

Wow what a great place!!! Just switched from Sprint we signed up 5 phones and got a jetpack hum and home fusion with them as well. They saved us a ton of money and the service was by far the favorite part. The salesperson Diego was amazing and his District Manager Tim was terrific. Its rare you see management on the floor working sode by side with a salesman and they stayed hours after close too! Go see this store for any need they were great...

Had an awesome experience in this location, everyone was friendly, Diego walked me through the products I had questions with, was able to fix my issue with my current phone. Awesome guy he'll get you taken care of

One of the most helpful Verizon stores in the area. They have always been great in either troubleshooting a problem or setting up a new device. The manager has even gone above and beyond to help solve an account problem that customer care seemed unable or unwilling to.
