We had to get a new phone and even though it was past close Anthony made sure that we got the perfect phone and the best deal that we could get . The staff was very kind and patient even though it was past closing they were all very understanding. I will highly recommend this location.

My guy needed a new phone, so we stopped in to see what he was comfortable with. While we spent a good bit of time there, we were treated well, everything was explained well, and we left with way more than we expected. Everyone in there was incredibly patient, friendly and helpful.

Today I received the best customer service at this location. I’ve been trying to upgrade my phone for a week now and special thanks to Sandi and Josh for helping me today. They were very respectful, patient, and helpful to me. It took 2 hours for them to fix my account because another T-Mobile store had messed up my account but Josh and Sandi had got the job done. Also, Josh and Sandi were the only two workers for two hours then their co-workers came in on their shifts and helped. Customers were coming in pretty fast and it was a lot of then waiting in line but all of the workers in there were very helpful and eager to help. Anyways, thanks to Josh and Sandi I have my account fixed and my new phone. Give them a raise please!

Outstanding customer service! Switched to T Mobil last weekend and brought my own phone. I've had the same number for almost 20 years. There was some issues getting my number transferred and Josh went ABOVE AND BEYOND, even stayed past closing, to get the problem resolved today. I watched him assist other customers on Saturday and assist a co worker making the perfect balance for everyone in the store. Will highly recommend this store from here out!

Great experience buying another cell phone.

After visiting multiple locations I ended up here. Jerome was extremely professional and patient with me. He even stayed after closing to ensure all of my devices were properly paired as well as answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this location and Jerome! All other staff were nice and professional as well!

came in to get an IPhone 14 a few days and was warmly greeted by Waldyr, he thoroughly answered all my questions and set up my phone without a problem, if I need to come again I will specifically ask for him, only complaint was that it seemed like no one wanted to assist besides this gentleman as he is the only one that greeted me.

They were busy, but the Rep was able to still assist me and I could handle everything online instead of waiting in a long line.

Every time I come in here i get great service, and I come in here often because we had a lot of phones on a ATT plan before we switched. I most recently took my daughter's phone in after an apple update bricked the sim. They fixed it, in and out in about 5 min. Syed was great and easy to work with. This store is the reason i switched from 18 plus years with ATT. Keep up the good work.

The young lady that was working by herself at around 2:30pm on 05/12, was very nice and helpful.
Plus she acted like she was very happy to see a customer.

I went in because my iPhone ran out of storage. I needed to offload a lot of my stuff but I couldn’t figure out how to do it on my laptop. Edgar knew exactly what to do and made the process really easy. He was knowledgeable and personable! Thank you!

Brandon B at the Tmobile on Highway 6 (Sienna) location perform professional and excellent customer service! Brandon has serviced my family multiple times, and each time he's joy to us. Dan, Brandon, and Vonte were INCREDIBLY helpful and patient in helping me switch my account from a different carrier to T-Mobile. The customer service they provided was unparalleled. Dan did everything in his power to help me with a very complicated process and Brandon and Vonte helped him during it all as well. So grateful for the kindness and dedication of these guys!
