From the people at the shop to the installers, everyone here has been a total pleasure to work with. I live over 40 miles from their store location and they still came out to install my news logs: “you drove out to see us so we will make the trip out to see you.” It’s that kind of attitude that helps make a successful business, if you ask me. I absolutely love my new fireplace set up and Chris and Jose did a great job on the instillation; they arrived right on time despite the distance, worked quickly and were both knowledgeable and friendly. I am extremely satisfied with this entire experience and would highly recommend these guys to anyone in the hunt for fireplace services and products.

Building my new home North Texas Chimney was great in providing me with exactly the double side wood burning fireplace i wanted. All service was grand and with the final installation bits done by Chris and Jose made the job complete with now I only need to finish the house (as my own contractor). But it's coming along.

Had them install a wood-burning stove after the “apocalyptic” freeze in 2021. A couple of months ago I heard a leak in the roof. Although they only offer a one year warranty, once they realized that there was an issue with the fasteners used, they repaired the leak free of charge. They certainly didn’t have to (according to our contract), and I think that says something about a business. All of the people we interacted with were professional and honest. A+

Chris and Jose installed our new gas logs faster and more efficiently than I thought possible. They were courteous and went above and beyond, packing and labeling the old logs, and writing clear instructions on what is needed to install them in another location. They cleaned up everything. I am extremely impressed with their work.

North Texas Chimney & Hearth came out an installed our new gas two sided fireplace. I can't tell you enough how impressed I was with the whole process. We went to their showroom and Kyle was knowledgeable and helpful picking out our new unit. First time install was scheduled framing wasn't done yet but they were able to reschedule us a week later. Had the gas unit in with piping up into the attic in about 3 1/2 hours. Stephen and Chris did install and were efficient, friendly, and cleaned up afterwards with all the attic instillation that fell. They are coming back for start up once our contractor is done with construction, but this homeowner would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to upgrade their fireplace!

*****Update 6/22/21*****

Kyle, Stephen, and Chris came out today for the start up. They were knowledgeable explaining everything to me and had everything lit up and burning in under 2 hours. I'm extremely pleased with final result and will definitely use NTX Chimney for my service and maintenance.

The technicians cleaned the firebox - replaced the gas pipe and installed a new ceramic log kit. They were professional & efficient. Let everything clean and working beautifully.

Chimney & Hearth made this project (removal of old gas fireplace and replacement with new gas fireplace) easy for us. They helped us with every aspect of this project including contractors to do the new tile and re-using our old mantel. I'd give them ten stars if I could. North Texas Chimney and Hearth was recommended by a family friend. I was hesitant at first because I wasn't even sure that our family wanted to upgrade to a gas stove. After a lot of questions, and a lot of patience on the part of the sales rep, we decided to update our fireplace. We absolutely love it! I was worried since I had to reschedule 2 times that they would loose faith in me, but they worked with me. They called a day in advance and the crew called 15 minutes prior to the appointment. They were neat, courteous, and professional. The job was done beautifully. We are so happy with the "new" fireplace. I have recommended this company with friends and strangers alike. Stephen and Criss were wonderful! They were professional and friendly and they did a wonderful job cleaning my gas logs, adding new embers, and installing a damper clamp. Everyone was courteous and they were able to get me scheduled in a very short time frame. Highly recommend!

We absolutely love our log set! Our new home we had built came with a propane fireplace and we originally bought logs off Amazon...not to knock in Amazon because I love it, but nothing compares to the quality we found from NT Chimney & Hearth. Great service and they are very knowledgeable! We will be life long customers!

We had an awesome experience from showroom visit to instal completion. We worked with both owners at the showroom.
