Sleep Number

We were looking for a new bed. Shopped at Sleep Number and our experience was great! Mark is not only knowledgeable but also very pleasant and welcoming. He demonstrated several mattresses and answered all our questions. We needed to do some prep work like getting rid of existing mattress and he worked diligently to accommodate. Never any pressure to close, just listened and worked with us.

He accurately placed the order, insuring it matched our requirements and added any applicable promotional pricing. He also will follow up until and after delivery. Can't ask for more.

Mark, the sales man was very helpful. He explained everything in detail and we were very satisfied. We have had two Sleep Number beds, which have been Queen size. We have decided to go with a King Size, because of some medical problems we are having.

Came here with the wife looking for a new bed. We were introduce to Jenny and wow she is top notch amazing and her communication skills were amazing. She helped us through the whole deal from start to finish. I highly recommend her customer service and a sleep number bed. Felt like I was sleeping on clouds that was wrapped around me, hugging me to soft sleep.

The staff are always willing to help answer any questions you have. My wife and I bought a mattress from them about 2 months ago and we have been getting the best sleep of our lives! We had a very positive experience at Sleep Number in Denton. Our salesperson, Isaac, was very professional, knew the products, answered all our questions; but didn't put pressure on us for a sale. He has continued to support us after the sale by answering questions both by email and phone calls.

Mark was awesome. This was my first time buying a mattress and I thought it would be an uncomfortable experience with a pushy sales person. But it was fun and relaxed. I didnt feel pressured and was able to take the time I needed to make the best choice for me.

In a number of minutes, I was ready to sleep. This is a replacement bed for me after l5 years and I am downsizing (lost my husband) but am giving my king size bed to my daughter and SIL. I could sell this bed all day long. If I weren't nearly 80 years old, I'd fill our an application.
