I worked with Heather over at Diamonds Direct and she helped me and my now fiancee with getting a ring and diamond that was perfect for us. They absolutely delivered and helped us pick out what we wanted and even customized it for us so my fiancee can have her one of a kind ring! The ring was exactly what I wanted to make for her and everyone at diamonds made sure that I was happy with it and make sure that the ring was well protected. I can’t thank them enough for making the ring look great and getting constant updates on the process. We had a great experience and would recommend them to others in the future.

Heather was so helpful for me and my husband from start to finish! She helped us find my engagement ring and then our wedding bands! She was so easy to work with, so kind, and non pressuring at all which is easy for jewelry stores to be. We love our rings and could not have had a better experience

Biggest sticking point to me was the service - Marcy Lingner in particular was fantastic! During our initial appointment, I let Marcy know I was nervous because I needed a ring within 3 weeks - a turn around time most stores can't guarantee for a custom made engagement ring. Marcy reached out personally to one of the store vendors to ensure my ring would arrive in time for my planned proposal. It indeed arrived in-store 17 calendar days later to my exact specifications. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Thanks again Marcy!

My family really enjoyed the Frisco store in particular. It felt very high-end. Everyone welcomed us - even security personnel. We got free beverages each time we visited. When my 7 year old son got bored with browsing through rings with us, he had fun in the children's playroom in the back. We didn't feel as though the store reps were selling to us or pushing expensive items either - they all asked insightful questions and focused on our interests. If you're looking for an engagement ring, I would highly recommend this store

Heather was amazing to work with! She helped my fiancé and I get a custom bracelet for our wedding day and we couldn’t have been happier with the service. We went to several jewelry stores before we found out about Diamonds Direct! We probably were going to continue going to other stores but we were so impressed with the extremely professional and extremely superior customer service by the store manager Kyle! We also had the privilege to meet Wendy who is one of the owners of the jewelry collection line who helped me pick out the perfect wedding set in white gold and yellow gold! I also wasn’t well dressed when I walked in, but I was not treated differently. I highly recommend shopping here if you live on Collin County!

The people at Diamonds Direct in Frisco are true professionals. They are dedicated to meeting your jewelry needs and make it such a great experience. From the time you step up to the front door until you leave, they are attentive to your needs, imagination and dreams.
My wife and I have visited Diamonds Direct at least four times and always walk away feeling special. When we didn't know exactly which items we wanted, our sales professional, Marcy, was able to help us bring together a design that was unique to our desires.
Marcy coordinated all the designs with the on site Jeweler and made it happen. She also helped us redesign some of our existing jewelry by upgrading the designs.
I am not an easy customer to deal with, but Marcy and the other Sales Staff were so eager to meet our needs and did all they could to make it happen. Marcy has many years of experience and she knows the jewelry trade. I recommend her highly because she's down to earth, savvy and cares about the customer at hand.
The 60 month 0% financing option was great and allowed us to dream big.
Diamonds Direct in Frisco, TX has become our new family Jeweler and I know each time I only get the best quality.
From the security staff, receptionist and customer service advisors, they are all so helpful and kind.

So happy I took the route of going through diamonds direct in frisco! When I had called I told them I needed an engagement ring as soon as I could. Amanda was such a great help, I came in that same day and she walked me through getting the perfect ring! She also made it a priority that I got my ring in time. When I say it’s a perfect ring, I couldn’t have even imagined a more perfect one! Frisco has a gem in their store and it’s Amanda! Would recommend over and over again!

Allison is by far the best sales consultant we have ever had the pleasure of working with! She is so compassionate and understanding, and has helped us through every step of the process. She even took the liberty of resizing my fiancé rings a week before our wedding and ensuring their delivery 2 days before our wedding date.

Have had great experiences here overall. First, their selection and amount of rings is unlike anywhere else I tried looking. Was able to customize my engagement ring and found EXACTLY what I had been looking for. Mark did a great job with helping me for that one.

But my (almost) husband and I would like to give a special thanks to Silas who went above and beyond with not only helping us pick out our wedding bands, but also being beyond patient with me when we returned to upgrade the wedding band and I was very indecisive. I found the one I wanted and Silas was able to pick me out one that looked exactly the same but more within my budget. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. Thanks again!

Went into Diamonds Direct on a random Saturday with intentions only to look at wedding bands. After speaking with Mark and learning about our options, we made the decision to move forward with a purchase. Mark was great to work with and offered valuable opinions throughout the process. He even helped get me lined up with a service appointment to get my engagement ring resized. My fiance and I are happy customers, and can't wait to come back to add more to our jewelry collections!

Looking for my very first engagement ring and after looking at a few different places I found Diamonds Direct. I had the pleasure to work with Mark and he made it happen! I told him what I was looking for and at my price point and he made it happen. He gave me the best quote for a beautiful 1ct princess cut diamond on a beautiful yellow gold setting. I got my ring sooner than he promised! He made this experience an amazing one. They most definitely have my business!

My husband and I have purchased several pieces from Diamonds Direct (facilitated for ease with the expansion to Frisco!), and have designed a couple of pieces as well, including my wedding ring. We’ve had the pleasure of working with Allison at the Frisco location, who has been absolutely phenomenal & taken the best care of us. While going into a fine jewelry store can be intimidating for some, each & every person at both the Frisco & Highland Village locations have always been warm & welcoming, putting folks at ease immediately. Also, the customer service is exceptional & cannot be beat.

I was super indecisive, and she was so patient with me and helped me figure out exactly what engagement ring and band I wanted. The ring we designed is perfect and everything I’ve wanted and more. Silas was amazing and knew exactly what we we didn’t even know we wanted. My husband has been trying to buy me jewelry for years, so we finally came in for a necklace for me… we ended up leaving with a beautiful diamond necklace, a green amethyst necklace, and a Benchmark ring for my husband. 10/10 could not ask for a better jewelry expert than Silas!

What an amazing experience shopping at Diamonds Direct Frisco. After my wife lost her engagement ring we needed to get it replaced and were feeling anxious walking into the store. What a relief when we were greeted by Heather Kim at the front door. She made us feel so welcome and cared for throughout the replacement process. Not only did she take amazing care of us, but she was willing to stay an hour after the store closed to complete our transaction. Diamonds direct keeps great records and we were able to find the history of our original purchase 5+ years ago from a different DD store as well--an added bonus.
