Clean Origin

This review was long overdue. You know that icky feeling you get when you go into ring shop and you feel like they just want you to buy something or move on? That's not what you get here at all.

I have never had a better experience than coming to the Clean Origin store in terms of customer service. This was such a huge moment for my fiance and I, and they didn't rush us, they listened, they took their time to help me find what I wanted. And trust me, I had no idea what I wanted at first so the patience was unmatched.

By the end of it, the person who helped us, Kya, felt as if I was shopping with a bestie. She took me to the best lighting, helped me get a video if the ring, and really helped my fiance through the whole process of purchasing when the time came over email and phone a few months later.

We did look at other rings after we came here, but ultimately, we got my ring here because you couldn't beat the day or experience. I don't just see my ring, I see the day my fiance flew me to Texas to see this store in person, and we had nothing but warm genuine kindness from everyone inside.

Had a great experience — the showroom itself is absolutely stunning. It features floor-to-ceiling windows, sparkling jewels encased in pristine glass boxes, a modern wooden slat wall, and a fun feature wall with custom neon signs and string lights. It’s in the most prime location, perfectly situated in the heart of Stonebriar Centre, which makes shopping for jewels extremely convenient.

I had a great experience at this store. They made me feel welcome, answered all of my questions and showed my fiance rings twice. I ended up buying the ring from them and was very pleased. My fiance gets a lot of compliments about the ring. 10/10.

All the store staff were very friendly and helpful and made the ring buying experience fun. Saabiqah took great care of us and answered all our questions. We look forward to receiving our ring soon.

We had a wonderful experience here with Koko. She was super helpful and allowed us to try several different styles of engagement rings and wedding bands. She really helped us select rings and didn’t pressure us at all. Following our appointment, Koko sent us each an email with information about our favorite rings and even picked out a few diamonds for us! We really appreciated her help and I can’t wait to see the final product.

I could not recommend this place more. Clean Origin has a great business model and a great team to complement the seamless process of building the perfect ring for your significant other. The experience was a stress free no pressure process, they were very helpful through the start to the end. Also kudos to the manager he is very kind and helpful.

Can't say enough about the service and attention that was given to us at this store. I've been to other Clean Origin stores but the attention and follow up at this one was unmatched. We were helped by Kya Shae in the store but what really stood out was that she followed up with me via email and helped me keep track of all my partner's preferences, sizing, and any important details that can very easily slip someone's mind. My fiancé and I have always had a fantastic experience at Clean Origin's Frisco, TX location. From the time my fiancé picked out my engagement ring to when I added beads to the band for resizing, the staff were always kind and helpful. The store manager, Chris Reyes, was exceptional to work with. When I went to pick up my resized ring, he was very thoughtful and detail-oriented. He made sure that I left the store feeling happy and content with my ring. I highly recommend Clean Origin to my family and friends, and will continue to do so!

My experience with Clean Origin has been amazing! My fiance bought my engagement ring at Clean Origin and he had a wonderful experience picking out the perfect diamond and setting. He worked with Kya, who was very responsive, helpful, and passionate about helping him find the perfect ring for me. The customer service and quality at Clean Origin was better than any other place he looked at, and we are going to go back to look for our wedding bands.

So far we have had a great experience while we shop for our ring. Kya has been great to work with. She is kind , patient, and professional. They are not pushy at all whatsoever. They have been very transparent and really seem to be sincere on helping you find the best LCD. When we are ready I am confident this is where we will find our ring.

Flew my girlfriend (at the time) here from Colorado because I heard of good things. Kya helped us out and she was amazing. She spent hours helping us find the right engagement ring. I love Clean Origin and the fact that all their diamonds are ethnically sourced and high quality. Their craftsmanship and quality to price ratio is so much better than other big brand name stores. We got my emerald cut engagement ring here and I’m still so in love. It is a 2.1 carat, vvs2, color D set in platinum for such a great price and the customer service was outstanding. I originally asked my fiancé for a one carat and a few weeks later and they were super helpful about helping us upgrade it with no issues or fee. Kya helped us out both times and she’s really helpful and nice!

You guys. Seriously!! Check out this place before you decide on a ring. It’s so amazing! The pricing is incredible! And, Kya helped my husband and I pick out the PERFECT ring! She worked with us to help go through each diamond to find the perfect size and color. She made helpful suggestions and listened to what I wanted. And she was so patient with me! LOVE this place ❤

Shoutout to Timmy Nguyen being one of the best customer reps I've ever dealt with!

I have been in contact with Timmy regarding an engagement ring purchase and a wedding band purchase for both myself and my S/O for the last couple months, and let me tell you when I say his exceptional care for customer service has definitely left an impression on me and has been a significant reason why I and my S/O are so glad we went with Clean Origin.

Since starting my journey to find an engagement ring, I have shopped around to traditional jewelers before, and I always have found the industry very shady where jewelers were also trying tricks to hoodwink me into buying their rings over competitors, but when I stepped inside the Clean Origin store in Dallas, Timmy immediately took care of me with care and respect and answered all my questions with dignity and professionalism. It was so refreshing talking to someone who wasn't trying to force me to buy a ring on the spot.

Since I live out of state, I have mostly been talking to Timmy regarding my purchase via email and phone call and he has gone above and beyond many times over when it came to getting my purchase exactly right ( my wedding band was custom made and I wasn't a fan of the first iteration so he made sure the jeweler customized it perfectly to my liking). He has been very attentive to my requests and informed me of the status every step of the way, all the way till he made sure it arrived safely in my hands. His exceptional service will definitely be a big part into why we will recommend Clean Origin to others (along with of course how amazing the rings came out!)
