She listened to my vision, observed my likes and dislikes by having me try on several different ring options, and designed the right piece for me. My new band is absolutely stunning! Honey was incredible, very knowledgable, and not pushy. If you need custom work done, this is your spot!!! I look forward to my next purchase here & 100% recommend!!!

Shawn Merchant has taken care of me for years and that is why I keep coming by to buy again and again. The store is always stocked with the best selection of chains.
They answer all my questions and I just cannot walk out of the store without the gold chain I will wear all year. Quality is just amazing. I looked in a lot of places and shop around but always end up buying here and am very satisfied with my selection.

I just buy my wedding ring and Mr. Shawn was so nice and kind with me he help me get my dream ring I’m so thank full and blessed I meet him such a good guy and also the prices are so worth it love it !!!

My wife and I went it to look around to see if anything caught her eye and boy did they have a selection she loved. We were immediately assisted by honey. Her customer service is the best around. We visited Paramount while visiting Texas from Western NY. We have now found our new jeweler. Honey and Shawn are absolutely the best. I plan to buy all my jewelry from them moving forward, even though it will be necessary to ship it back and forth. Totally worth the effort. I highly recommend them.

Most of my shopping experiences are good but this was on another level. It was Great. I’ve been looking for a personal necklace for a while and from the moment I walked into this location I was greeted with the utmost kindness and professionalism. The price was the best and the salesman was without a doubt the friendliest person in the mall.

Monday me and my husband came into this mall for the first Time looking for a ring upgrade and Shawn made the experience AMAZING. He helped me find the perfect upgrade and even went below our budget! This is the place to come for your engagement/wedding rings ladies and gentlemen!! My ring had to be sized and I wasn’t suppose to be ready until Friday but I got to pick it up a day early. I’m a happy wife thanks to Shawn!!

Working with Shawn/Sean is always a pleasure. In 2022 I let him know I'd be back next year and I followed through. He remembered my name, my anniversary and how many years I've been married which is crazy because in 2022 we never exchanged information I had only told him verbatim. No one is gonna beat their pricing. Hands down the least pushy jeweler I've ever worked with but I will be back. As the store manager he is super humble and his staff respects his diligence.
