I ordered a custom engagement ring for my girlfriend and Elizabeth helped me a lot throughout the process. Elizabeth made sure that my partner will get the exact ring of her dreams. Staff is very helpful and friendly here!! I purchased a bracelet for my daughter, and the lady patiently helped me. They even added everything to her account and were very helpful in setting up her cleanings reminders.

I took a ring in for repair at another Kay Jewelers nearby and they didn’t repair it very well. When I took it to Elizabeth at Kay Jewelers in Frisco she said it needed a complete new setting/head because the prongs were so severely worn and bent and look like they had been straightened several times. She sent it in for repairs and was spot on with how fast the turnaround would be, two weeks to the day, and it looks once again like the day my husband put the ring on my finger. Thank you Elizabeth and Kay for wonderful service, professionalism, and the personal touch. I will only do business with this Kay Jewelers in future.

Wow! Went in for a cleaning with my fiancé, got excellent service from Elizabeth and William. They helped with questions about custom rings and bands and even went as far as fixing on of our bent rings! I highly recommend these two!

I usually have anxiety about shopping for highly valuable items, but our sales rep Elizabeth wiped away any concerns I as soon as she began to assist us. She was very much compassionate, attentive, and on point in regards to making sure my needs were met throughout the entire experience!

I have had nothing but great experiences at this location! The staff always have a warm greeting as soon as I enter and are very knowledgeable about their product. They have helped me purchase a few beautiful pieces for myself as well as gifts for others. I plan on coming back soon and working with the delightful manager, Elizabeth, to have some of my grandmothers old jewelry turned into new custom pieces.

Elizabeth was amazing helping me find what I needed and making sure it was perfect. She was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel good about making my purchases and sending it out to her shop.

We took my wife's wedding rings in for the warranty checkup. Plus two other rings for sizing. The entire staff was very friendly, helpful & explained what they were going to be doing with our jewelry. We were told of the time frame for the rings being seized & approximate pricing. Then on the date for the pickup, we received three calls that our jewelry was done & ready for us. Again, the staff was very helpful & accommodating to us. Beautiful store! A very large selection of bridal engagement rings and any type of diamond or gemstone fashion jewelry that you could ask for! Definitely ask for Charlee! Charlee was a breath of fresh air! She listened to my needs and did not just try and upsell me. If you are wanting a one of a kind experience ask for Charlee!

My now husband got my ring here. Barbara and Diane are the sweetest ladies. They made it super easy find the perfect ring. We come in often to get it cleaned and they are always very helpful. We just purchased a band to go with my ring and all I can is that I’m happy with my purchase.

I just visited here to get my jewelry inspected and pick out a gift and I have to say shopping at this Kay's is a fantastic experience. The employees were friendly and helpful and the manger helped me pick out an awesome gift that still within my budget.
