These guy are the best. Needed my RV state inspection and they were willing to go to the storage facility and do it on site. Saved me the trouble of having to prepare it for towing less the a mile away. They also have very nice loveable dog.

I don't know how to start with love of husband and wife. Mr Sam and his wife is infinite ♾ to caring about people most important drivers. If I call ask a question sams there and wife getting him . Brothers and sisters please 🙏 understand this isn't fake it's real . We need this if you have issues go to him period .

They got my motorhome in right away as my air conditioning wasn't working. Unfortunately they weren't able to find the compressor I needed, but they did find the problem several other places didn't. One charged me almost 200.00 for freon that just leaked out. If I'm ever in the area with a problem I would not hesitate to call them again. Very friendly people and great service. Review: I must say the service and customer care I received was a minimum 8 of 10. The staff is pleasant and the mechanics/techs are knowledgeable. I dropped my truck off at 9:30ish and was called for pickup around 3. This was expected as they informed me the day before that they were busy with many work orders. Even though (relatively speaking) the service I had performed was small in nature, they gave me A-1 service and value for my dollars which CANNOT be understated! This was a “trial run” of sorts for me as I’ve never had any work done by them before and it is settled! They are likely to become my home town go to for all needed work on my Freightliner!

My wife and were traveling trough Temple in an Silverado 3500 HD Duramax and a fifth wheel trailer. We had an engine light come on. I checked with Chevy dealers in the area and they could not get to it for three weeks, which didn't work for us on our travel schedule. Checked with Leslie asked Sam to see if by chance they could fit me in. They were both quite helpful. They squeezed us in that morning and completed the work by the end of the day. They really got us out of time contraint since we had to be out of the the RV park the next day.

The customer service here is absolutely fantastic. They entertained all of my annoying calls and questions with smiles the whole time. I hope I never have issues with my trailer again but if I do I hope it’s near this place.

Long story short, I had 2 trucks that nobody could fix properly but these guys made it look so easy to fix these trucks. They are the best in the USA. They are probably even better than Dealer techs. Called to schedule a transmission repair and in talking with Sam he suggested I check my air bag alignment and check to make sure I didn't have an airleak. He was spot on saving me thousands and him making nothing: except a Customer! I am having my trailer repaired now.

This is a great place, with great people! Many years experience. We have a MOTORHOME and the DEF tank module went out coming into Temple. When everyone else told us come and sit and wait a week or either no. The owner told us to come over and we will take care of it.
AND THEY DID PROBABLY AHEAD OF OTHER PEOPLE SINCE WE WERE IN A FIX.

Mrs Leslie & Mr sam and the crew at Sam's truck and trailer goes above and beyond. Took my 2016 freightliner cascadia in for a blown head gasket repair. They did all the test and diagnostics that determined it was definitely a blown head gasket. After breaking everything down, they called and gave me 3 different prices to overhaul with block cutting, just a overhaul and to do just the head gasket repair. Everything turned out perfect with my blown head gasket repair. Will definitely refer family and friends to Sam's truck and trailer. Thank you
