My teen daughter had her first accident. Got 3 different estimates on repairs. Tonya explained the whole process with my insurance company and what to expect. Trey and his boys worked on my car to get it back to normal. When I picked up the car it looked like it had never had any damage. Tonya was great called every step of the way let me know what was going on and when to expect the car to be done and it was done quicker than I expected. They are great people to work with.

I stopped by Trey’s to make an appointment to come back to get an estimate on getting rid of some scratches on my new car and was happily surprised when someone immediately looked at it, called Trey over and he buffed them out on the spot!

Amazing customer service! My son wrecked his Jeep after hours and Trey & Family came to the rescue with towing, storage, they did the damage estimate with my insurance directly, billing.... Well my situation is kinda sticky and I called them to get some information about estimates and classic-car repairs and a lady named TONYA picked up and let me tell you, she couldn't have been more helpful, knowledgeable, and honest in assisting me with my dilemma regarding CLASSIC car repairs and how to logically go about. I had not a clue with what approach I should take and where to start and she helped me tremendously with figuring out the process based certainly on their experience (it's very apparent based on what she all told me and educated me on) with and working on classic cars. She was so, so helpful and I can't Thank her enough for the advice. Here's absolute proof these are some GOOD, HONEST car people and I will definitely be bringing my other classic here to get worked on soon.!!! A+++++++ Customer service.!!!! Thank y'all again.!!! Trey's Collision is by far the best body shop in Central Texas. The staff is very thorough answered all my questions before I could a ask. This is the only place I will bring my vehicle for repairs.
