I ordered online from them on a Thursday in September (from Canada) and I received the keyboard the next day. I was super impressed by the shipping speed and was happy to get my keyboard so quickly. They also offer options for different switches which was great. Very happy with my Leopold keyboard!

We drove an hour and a half to visit the store and test the switches, not realizing that we were going to accidentally crash their Christmas party. They never made us feel like an inconvenience, and walked us through all options. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and provided amazing customer service. Once I settled on what I wanted, I ordered online on Friday afternoon, and my keyboard is here on a Sunday. For anyone who spends a lot of time on their computer, a visit to their store is a must to find exactly what you need.

Such a great shop! We stopped in for the first time today looking for a keyboard and ended up leaving with two! They have such a nice display layout of all their products. Justin was super friendly and has extensive knowledge on all of the products. We will definitely be visiting again soon!

Fantastic selection, knowledgeable staff, and they have a mechanical keyboard showroom right here in Middle Tennessee! It's now become my favorite place to game on Thursday nights as well!

I spent about an hour pressing nearly every key available until narrowing my preference down to a few switches. I was then shown a handful of keyboards I could take home direct from the store and a few I may be interested in if I wanted to grab them from the online site/sister store.

I'm a brand new customer (as well as a new mechanical keyboard enthusiast). My first order came in SO fast, and everything was packaged perfectly. I really love how I can order switches in increments/packs of 10 (but still get a discount for ordering a lot more). That way I can just order a small pack of 10 without committing to a (possibly expensive) entire set of 100+ switches. I am definitely going to order again. Customer for life!

I was visiting from California and made sure to stop by this keyboard Mecca. Justin was incredibly knowledgable and kind! He answered all of my many questions and made our visit a 10/10 experience. It's a fantastic store with lots of options and as someone new to mechanical keyboards, I was able to narrow down the best keyboard for me. If you're a keyboard enthusiast, this store is a must!

Orders can take a long time because of sourcing challenges, but they make a great effort to keep the buyer in the loop and keep expectations realistic. Exceeded my expectations with their support, even throwing in free products when a cancelation was necessary on the initial order. After a long wait I ended up with a great product that was somehow even much better than I had imagined. Could have been an exasperating experience but was a phenomenal one because of their process and product.

Stopped in to take a look in the showroom and test drive some keyboards. Left with a sweet deal on a great keyboard. Go find Justin, very knowledgeable and friendly and he's been in the business for a long time. Super happy, will go back to look (and probably leave with another board!)

Purchased first mechanical keyboard online and received within the next week. Realized they were 50 minutes away and stopped in. Justin was awesome! Being clueless he was very patient and happy to explain everything. He also set up several different combinations of switches and o-rings so I could find the perfect feel and sound. I couldn’t be happier!

We traveled quite a ways to visit, and it was worth it. The guys in the store answered every question, helped us try various kinds of mechanical keyboards, and were so patient with my indecisiveness. We were hesitant to just buy online because we had so many questions, and it was definitely worth our time to come in and talk with them face-to-face.

I can honestly say that this company has some of the highest quality customer service that I have ever experienced. They are extremely communicative and very helpful. Excellent products as well.

My cheap keyboard died unexpectedly, and as a writer of 1,000,000 or so words a year, I needed a replacement ASAP. The salesman, Justin, was very helpful and patient with me as I'm not very tech-savvy. Got a wonderful new keyboard that feels sturdy enough for me to type on for 100 years.

After 6 months of issues with buying a Varmilo board in Europe/China (from partners / manufacturer), Mechanical Keyboards offered the solution.

Nice and polite customer service, helping with selection and expectation in regards of shipping times.

All tho the box was slightly banged up in transport. The ordered product was safely packaged and had no sign of distress!

Do keep in mind when buying from overseas extra cost will show up in the form of tax and import. Make sure to calculate or guesstimate these costs and assess for yourself if it’s worth it.

I've bought two Ducky keyboards from their website so far and I'm so glad i chose this business. Their pricing is fantastic, selection is great, and their overall site is very informative and well laid out. Shipping was super fast, too!

This is undoubtedly the best place to dive into the world of the superior keyboards.

I was surprised to see that this store was in Fairview. I went and I saw that this is one of the coolest businesses I had ever visited. There are a ton of different types of keyboards to choose from that you can try out and buy onsite.

There's also other hobbyist stuff like tabletop games and warhammer figurines.

Justin was great, he helped me find a keyboard that matched what I was looking for for a great price. Definitely check this place out if you are in the neighborhood!

Excellent customer service. Ordered my keyboard as a pre-order with expedited shipping. They contacted me shortly after to make sure I understood that my order had fast shipping but would not be fulfilled until they received stock from manufacturer. Order shipped as soon as they restocked. Received prior to expected delivery date. Would gladly order with them again. Highly recommended for those seeking to order non-US mass produced/marketed keyboards.

They also started getting games in for the tabletop scene such as marvel champions and mansions of madness. They also answer any questions on the games too just as amazingly as they do with keyboard questions.

Very cool to have such an extensive collection of Mechanical Keyboards in a store where you can put your hands on them and try them out before you purchase. If you are in the area and are interested in a great keyboard, you have to visit these people!
