As a disabled veteran NX Fitness has shown me a different way to exercise. 50% of my pain has diminished from following their workout plan. They have assisted me in losing body fat, from 28% to 16%, and loosing pounds!!
I definitely recommend James Singleton at NX Fitness for any of your personal training needs. He is a disabled veteran himself.

Amazing trainer, well versed in many aspects of fitness, as well as corrective exercises. Pays attention to detail when ensuring correct form. Changes up the work outs and always punctual and accommodating.
