I can’t say enough about Lauren Smith and her staff. Today I had a call with Lindsey to go over my vehicle policy, and during the conversation I mentioned that I was considering a career change. After we finished going over my current coverage, she brought up my desire to change jobs and asked me about life insurance. Unbeknownst to her, life insurance is a major factor in my decision-making process about changing jobs. I didn’t even know that State Farm handled life insurance! So after a bit of discussion, I gave her an amount that was within my budget (for a monthly premium), and she was able to get me more coverage than I currently have through my company.
Lots of insurance companies claim to “care about their customers”, but this one actually does! When the storms tore through Central Texas - Lauren Smith’s office posted numerous times on FB letting customers know how to contact them - because their office has no power for a few days. This office was recommended to me by a friend, and I would recommend them to anyone who wants the security of knowing that their insurance needs will be taken care of.

So happy with Lauren smith agency! Lindsay has been the one reviewing my policy and I have never had anyone since owning vehicles and a home call to review my policy and check if we are good with coverages and take the time to quote different things for me. Very pleased with them and will definitely be recommending others!!

My wife and I had a very unfortunate deliberate act done to our Home, Boat and Vehicle. We were devastated. Fortunately we were insured and have utilized Lauren State Farm Insurance for many, many years. We very seldom have a claim but three at once was mind boggling. They did an amazing job and kept us updated throughout the entire process. This event was extremely taxing on our family but this one saving grace was a huge comfort during this storm!

They offer good insurance at a reasonable price. Customer service is excellent. The agent doesn't seem to be a sales person. They are genuinely concerned about getting you the coverage you want and educating you about the policy you want to buy.

Amazing help. Explained sooo much into detail. She was super delightful to speak with. Made alot of my concerns less concern. She took alot off my shoulders trying to get car/life insurance before my baby is born. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
