Will was very helpful. I came in looking for a solid gold wedding band and he showed me so many good options that looked great with my engagement ring. He also told me about the great sale they were having so I ended up walking away with a diamond band for about 40% off. I enjoyed the service so much that I came back with my fiancée to look at rings as well. I stay about an hour away from Frisco but I even came back to have Sunny & Mack replace the batteries in my Michele and Movado watches. Their customer service is A1 and it’s such a great time working with them. I will continue to come back.

Me and my soon to be fiancé went ring shopping for an engagement ring for this November. We looked around at a lot of store in Allen, Plano , and Frisco while in the Frisco mall we decided to stop in to look around we were greeted with smiles and nothing but the most helpful staff. The gentleman that helped us with our ring was Sunny and out of everyone we talked to he was the most genuinely nice and helpful person not only that we talked to that day but in any business we have been in in the last 6 months.Sunny helped us to find the most perfect ring that was exactly what we we’re looking for it was so unique and pretty there is no way it would have been in are price anywhere else let alone there was no other store that had anything like it. Sunny is the best! I purchased from him eight years ago and he took great care of me. I called the store about my ring not fitting anymore and he remembered me! I brought in 3 watches for batteries, and the staff was very quick in replacing them. Plus, I had to adjust one watch band that was too loose---they fixed that, as well. My wife thought their selection of jewelry and rings was exceptional, and we will definitely return. Highly recommended inside Stonebriar mall!
