Added to a great visit. What a wonderful little store in a great little town. You get there because of Jack Daniels but love it for the people that live and work there like at Jackie's. Can't wait to visit again.

We love Jackie’s Gift Gallery! Every time my sister comes to visit from California we make it a point to visit there at least once or twice! We love her jewelry and gifts!

Buyer beware!! Employee informed me that if you need to return merchandise you can only get a refund when the owner Jackie is there. I bought a hat with cash. I was told I would have to come back tomorrow. There are so many visitors for just the day. How do you run a business like that! Especially, when the customer paid cash. I will never do business there or promote them again.
In response to owner’s comment. The store is very dark. There are several small notices on the counter in regards to credit card purchases. There was clutter on the counter. Maybe one of the small notices in regards to the no refund, exchange only policy was covered up. I did not see any such policy. Had I known this, I would not have purchased a $31.00 hat.

I ordered two Jack Daniels chocolate/whisky bars at $10 each for a Christmas gift. They sent them in a very small flimsy box and they had been crushed and the honey whisky filling had all come out. I have called them numerous times and no answer or voice mail. I have emailed them several times and they do not answer back. I would NEVER order from this store again.
