We had such a great experience with Heidi when selling our house. She went above and beyond to help us. She has so much experience and was able to recommend companies and help us arrange appointments. She kept us updated and guided us through every step of the process. We were selling during the holidays, and we had already moved out of state. We had to have our house leveled during the sale. I worked with Glenda to sell my house in Killeen. She was a saint while working with me in CA and the tenants in the house. She answered every question I asked and even some I hadn't. She responded to the tenants requests to not interrupt their kids schedules. The house went live on Friday and was under contract on Monday evening. Awesome job.

First off I was an out of state Buyer and buying a historical home so this made the purchase so much more challenging than normal.
Tom and his entire team were excellent at getting back to me so quick and all times of the day and night. Tom went out of his way and above all expectation. I truly could not have closed this house if it was not for his experience and help.
The entire experience working with Tom and his entire staff also made me realize why I want to move to Texas as the hospitality and service is like no other.
During the negotiation phase, I feel Tom did an excellent job in getting me the best price we could get and worked through all the challenges of buying a historical property.

First time homebuyer here & while the experience was emotional & fun all at the same time I could not have gotten through it all without Susie. While I know this is my first home so my experience with realtors is limited, I have spoken to very seasoned homebuyers & told them of my experience & they all agreed Susie went above & beyond. I provided a very vague description on what I wanted in a home & area & Susie read between the lines & found me the perfect first home. I could not have been in better hands as a first time homebuyer buying a new build out of state. Susie kept in touch weekly all while providing me updates on my build as it was happening. Susie is now no longer just my realtor but genuinely a family friend.

I worked with both Tracey and Heidi when buying my new home. Given the current market it was necessary to view properties straight away and make a quick offer. Tracey was able to show all the properties I wanted to see and put together the offers quickly so I wouldn't miss out. In the event that she was already booked, Heidi was able to arrange for another realtor to show properties. Even though everything was very competitive and time-sensitive neither Tracey nor Heidi was pushy about making an offer, which I appreciated. Tracey answered all of my many questions and was able to help with a lease-back situation. Everything went smoothly, and I had no issues.
