I am really shocked to see so many negative reviews! We have purchased 2 cars thru this location and both have been Steller cars! This is a buy here pay here lot, purchaser's need to look hard at the cars and research the car before that make a decision here- these cars already normally have upwards of over 150k miles. Research the average life span of the car you are looking at before you buy. I thought this was common sense.

We got a car from them and they are so amazing to deal with. We had a major problem come up with the car that no one could have expected and they worked with us and got us a new car! I’m a fairly new customer at Ride and Drive, but my experience with the staff there has been nothing short of amazing. I purchased a 2007 Ford Fusion there today and it’s literally the car that I have been searching for, for the last 5 yrs. The sales team are great with people, they’re as honest and helpful as the law will allow 😬lol... You won’t find a better place to buy used vehicles, the down payments are well within a normal working class persons budget along with the weekly or biweekly payments, not to mention all the extras that come along with being part of the ride and drive family.... such as you get 25% off your sales tax or down payment with their referral program and they also offer 3 free oil changes during your payment period or every 5,000 miles.... I give a total 5 star rating to this company and their very helpful and friendly staff. My family and I been looking at their cars since they opened up. Well, during the tornado in cookeville we ran off the road due to someone on the wrong side and completely totaled ours and it went underwater in the ditch. We have 4 children and one on the way and all the employees from ride and drive really shown me their profession and amazing customer service. They ended up putting us in a wonderful family vehicle that we could actually afford even after losing our one and only car. We cannot thank them enough for helping us when we needed it the most. Each and everyone of the employees are great people with giant hearts. If I could rate a million stars, I defiantly would 🥰😁☺
