Helzberg Diamonds

My mother and I go to Helzberg every 6 months to get our jewelry cleaned. This time, the customer service was outstanding. Google says they open at 10. We showed up at 10:30, and were informed they don't actually open till 11. Alicia, the regional manager, opened the store early for us to get all our jewelry cleaned and to do a little shopping. Tiffany was my sales representative who did a fabulous job helping me pick out a few items!! After our jewelry was cleaned, Alicia said she loved my grandmother's ring and set it up to where I could look at it underneath the microscope. It was very special to be able to see my 70 year old ring up close and share that with someone who loved the ring just as much as I do. Everyone there made us feel like family, and it was a wonderful experience. Thank you to all

My fiancé purchased my engagement ring here and received exceptional service so we returned to purchase our wedding bands. I love the color purple and his birthstone happens to be amethyst. Delilah helped us create the perfect wedding band enhancer and worked with Mark, the master jeweler! Once I picked my ring up I was extremely impressed and blown away!! My fiancé purchased his wedding band, a meteorite ring with rose gold band. Both were expected at the end of December and came in well ahead of time, weeks before! We love Helzberg Diamonds and this location is now our go to!!! Maria Pena at Helzberg Diamonds Stonebriar in Frisco was not good. She was Fantastic!! She was very professional, polite, and patient as she answered every question I had and walked me around the entire store. She made my purchase today very seamless and memorable. She can join my team any day and she is a true Gem to keep forever!!

My experience at Helzberg Diamonds has always been a great one. On my recent visit I upgraded my solitaire with a matching bridal band. Absolutely beautiful. Tiffany and Nolan are the diamond whisperers in this business.

The customer service at this store is above and beyond!!! Casey helped us select the perfect ring and Jessica was able to make sure we would have it in time for our wedding date. The jewelry is exceptional but the staff really made it an experience to remember!!

I went to get a diamond made from my mother's ashes put in a necklace because I wanted to wear it for my high school graduation. I notified them 3 days before on short notice and they were able to have it ready for me the afternoon before my graduation. The staff treated me with much kindness and patience, answered all of my questions clearly, and seemed genuinely happy to help to me. I will definitely be returning in the future.

My husband and I loved our experience here with everyone who assisted. Upgraded my ring and they were all so patient with my thousands of questions. They never rushed me and allowed me to make sure I was getting what I wanted. We also got my wedding band and pair of earrings here as well! Such a great and welcoming staff here!

Maria was incredible, and we could tell she really cared about making us happy. She went above and beyond what I could have asked for, and she ensured that my engagement ring is even better than I imagined it could have been! Also, the store manager Jessica could not have been more helpful as a consult in helping me get the exact customization that I wanted. They walked us through the whole process and were very receptive to all of my questions. I would give them a zillion out if 10 review if I could!

Bought my new wedding set for our vow renewal here. The staff were very friendly and took their time to help me find the perfect ring. I left without it once in April came back in July and bought it because it was the one! I highly recommend this store if you are looking for a great staff to help you find the ring of your dreams!
