TL;DR - I 100% recommend this place, especially working with Arham. You will be listened to and know exactly what you are paying for. I also recommend paying for your jewelry with the special warranty.

Arham was the first jeweler we spoke with in early 2022, and we were immediately impressed how great our conversations were and how much he listens to exactly what it was we were looking for. We went to multiple jewelers afterwards, because we wanted to weigh all our options both within and out of the mall, and ultimately returned to him as we felt he was the most honest about pricing, and was great about giving his own opinions on what would or wouldn’t work while meeting us where we are in our tastes and desires.

We originally had an engagement ring for my wife and a wedding band for myself designed with gem stones we specifically selected, pictured in the review. Both are fantastic jewelry, especially my wife's sapphire ring. Unfortunately, my ring had issues with the stone staying set in place as it was tension-set, but were able to sent it back multiple times to be fixed thanks to the warranty we paid for (this is a must-get!!!).

Ultimately, that issue kept occurring and we had to send the ring back for a refund. It was no one's fault, but simply a design flaw that wasn't yet realized. As I do have peculiar tastes, I've had to go an extra step with my new ring design by combining two molds into one style that I liked best. In the redesign process, Arham has been great to work with, as well as the Marquise team who occasionally have helped when he is absent. I got my new ring as a solitaire with the ruby, and I adore it.

In our time, we've gotten additional pieces of jewelry, such as a pendant my wife made with a garnet and aquamarine stone.

Was told to come here by a good personal friend… and I am so glad that I did from the minute we walked in Arham checked up on us and asked us what he could be of assistance with. My girlfriend didn’t really know what she wanted and he took his time helping her make her decisions and pick out the setting, color, stone, shape, size all of that. And he worked with my budget and made a beautiful ring for her. He didn't try any annoying salesman tactics he was very nice and very professional. He really made us special and not another passer by just walking through the mall. They even offer a lifetime warranty for their rings and offer cleaning and all type of maintenance for it aswell. I would recommend going to this jeweler , I can say many positive things about them, and many positive things about Arham. Thank you for helping us choose the right ring.

My fiancé and I worked with Ash to design my custom engagement ring. He was incredibly professional. He answered our questions with detail, patience and gave us the assurance we needed to execute jewelry services with Marquise Jewelers. The custom design process lasted over the course of a few months so we interacted with him several times. Each interaction was positive. We absolutely love our engagement ring and frequently receive compliments on it (see attached photos).

When we were ready to research/buy wedding bands, we worked with Arham. He was a delight to work with and spoke with enthusiasm and knowledge about wedding bands. He really went above and beyond from a customer service standpoint by offering additional services to meet our needs. I can tell that he has an eye for caring for people, thereby enhancing their experience at Marquise Jewelers.

Over the course of buying our rings, we had the pleasure of interacting with several other employees at this store. Time and time again, their professionalism superseded any competitor in the local area. Seriously, their rings are TOP NOTCH quality! Don't think twice about using their services, let this post be your green flag :)

We had a great experience here. Arham was very patient and answered all of our questions. He is not pushy and is very knowledgeable in his industry. We had a diamond set in a new setting and it was done 3 days earlier than promised. I definitely recommend them.

Arham was amazing! We are from another state, my husband stopped in to buy me a present randomly. Arham took the time to teach us about facet, color, clarity etc of diamonds. He brought us 2 diamonds and had us compare and give feedback on what we saw before he showed us the difference. Arham M. Is the best consultant I have worked with. He helped me find the perfect ring, even when I had no idea what that would be. He was patient, encouraging, and was able to find me the perfect ring in the perfect price range without having to sacrifice my wants (once I realized what they were). This place is awesome! Ash was extremely helpful in creating the perfect engagement ring for my soon to be wife. The delivery date was quicker than I was originally quoted, and Ash was very open to the several adjustments I requested. They also beat out several other local jewelers on price for the same product. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience!

Eddie made ring shopping so easy! He was patient with us, helping to answer all kinds of questions to ensure we got exactly what we wanted - without feeling pressured. I have no idea how long we were actually there but it feels like no time at all, and I was pleasantly surprised being able to get everything we needed in one place!
