The customer service is the best! We've been here 5 times recently and everyone has been extremely nice and accommodating. The food is perfectly cooked every time! Thanks so much for a great experience.

The best THICK fries! I grew up with Burger King, and as good as it was to me then, I have never had this level of quality from them before! The Whopper was the size of my hand!!

I can't have a seeded bun so i always ask for non seeded, and do not like two bottoms. I asked for the seedless or a potato bun tonight and got two bottoms...hard to talk to the chick taken the order, she was being overly helpful making suggestions i didnt want..maybe thats why i got two bottoms...

They r good! One morning stop to get coffee and they say Welcome to Burger King may I take ur oder or U rule and then sat and wait pulled to the window just to hear we not open yet wasn't cool ! just say sorry we not open yet

We prefer Burger King to other fast food chains. This one seem recently renovated, personnel is nice and friendly.

My granddaughter and I decIded to have lunch at Burger King because we love their Impossible Whopper. We both have numerous food allergies and it's one of the few fast food burgers either of us can eat without allergic reactions. We were greeted promptly by a friendly associate. She then took our order , gave us our receipt and drink cups. Our food was prepared fresh and in a timely manner. The dining area was clean, well kept and comfortable.
The meals are a great value for the amount, quality and time from ordering to dining.
Burger King on Stone Dr is one of the best fast food restaurants we eat at.

Very nice. I order the 10 piece nuggets for my little niece at the drive through there was a little bit of a wait but we didn't complain about it but when we drive up to the window the young lady apologizes and gives us a free small french fry. That was very decent of them to do that. We love Burger King and we'll be going back 😊

The most pleasant fast food service you could possibly hope for!

I have to admit this morning on my way dropping my daughter off of work I decided to stop at Burger King. I always know that the food quality is exceptional except this morning it was beyond exceptional. The young lady behind the counter was very very nice. She saw that the French toast sticks were not up to standard and request it fresh French toast sticks for me. As I waited in the dining room I discovered that the restaurant is very clean. All of the staff in the kitchen were diligently working and as I looked around the corner all of them had gloves on and were preparing orders as they came in. This shows me that Burger King cares about the quality and food that they serve to their customers and the young lady this morning demonstrated Superior customer service not only acknowledging when the French toast sticks freshly came up but brought them out to me in the lobby dining room and delivered them with a smile. I will always go to this Burger King.

First stop in here . Staff and food were outstanding. It was busy but our wait was short. The place was clean all around. Looking forward to the next stop.

I have been going to this Burger King once a week for the past 8 months. I am always greeted when I walk through the door and the food and service are progressively getting better now that they've hired more people. I prefer this place over McDonald's hands down. The service is fast, friendly, and always accurate for me! I personally have never had a mistake on any of my orders, but then again, I don't make them adjust or substitute any ingredients for me on my food. Today, I was served by a very friendly guy named Timothy who made it his mission to make sure I was completely satisfied. He checked on me several times and went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend this location to anyone!!

By far has been the best fast food breakfast I have had in a while. The Egg Normous burrito and my iced coffee was perfect. The customer service was outstanding. Very customer friendly!!! Will be making more trips for breakfast here.

I gave this Burger King 5 stars based on two factors. The food gets a 2.5, it's about the same overall as every other one. However the other 2.5 is the staff. This location has one of the friendliest late night staff I have ever met. Especially the girl who works the window during the week. She is awesome at her job, very friendly, and welcoming. She got this location the 5 stars.

Have not been here in a while. While my first time trying the app (which sux) was a failure, I went in to order. Brittany was friendly and provided *top notch* service - something not common in today's big chain fast food. Keep it up Brittany, you make a difference!

I am very pleased to say this location is great. I recently had one unpleasant experience but after leaving my input and giving my opinion on the online survey I received a call from the manager the very next day and she was very nice to me. As we spoke she reassured me they want every single customer to pleased with the food and service so she told me to please stop in anytime and she will make sure my experience is better and that I could have any meal I want for free to make up for the unpleasant experience I had before. Needless to say the food and service was very good !!! The server cleaned my table before I sat down and the manager came by and made sure everything was good and she told me if I need anything to please let her know. I am very pleased and happy to say this location has great customer service and good food !!

Good food at reasonable prices.

I was here today and sat and watched how they treated their people, very impressed. The guy that was bagging the orders was extremely polite and the girl at the register was very welcoming to all the customers. I even spoke to one of the customers and she was so happy with the way she was treated. This store was very very clean and I would highly recommend this to be my first pick. Have fun!

Jeremy Grubb is the best customer service dude I have met in a while. Yes I actually know his name...He was so polite and just genuinely concerned with making sure he does a great job that it really touched me.. You don't see a lot of that. Especially in fast food. Jeremy, you're a great dude and keep working hard. You should be manager!
