Truly a hidden gem. There's maybe a mile to a mile and a half of trails altogether, and they're all really pretty. There's a creek that runs through the park with a small waterfall, and quite a variety of trees and plants. Saw very little poison ivy on or close to the trail, and I am super ultra mega hypervigilant about it. No restrooms though.

Hidden Gem in a residential neighbohood. Lovely wooded trails complete with a babbling brook. Parking is available in the lot right near the trail head. Very serene and dog friendly.

Don't worry about the park saying the board walk is closed, as it is only a small part of the park Really well kept park with a nice picnic table setup. These aren't woods you'll get lost in but you do get a nice few glimpses of being fully surrounded by trees. It was also cool to see the handicap access and pavement trails to provide nice options.

Lovely, quiet and safe walking trail tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood. There's a parking lot at the trail access, and the trail itself is well marked and easy to follow. This place never seems crowded (usually pass 3-5 other walkers). The creek with several waterfalls is my favorite part.

An underrated park, this gem is nestled between Crabtree and Millbrook Rd. Easy to come back to once you find it and beautiful trails to explore. While going in the fall could be tricky to follow a trail (leaves everywhere),there are marked wood post throughout. I believe there are 3 paths to take around here. We took the Main Path which was a nice simple loop around. There is a wheelchair accessible path as well.

Lovely little oasis just off of busy Glenwood Ave. Feels wonderful to walk the trails and crunch through the leaves.

One of my favorite places to hike. I walk the dog here at least 3X per week. Our family loves it!

What a delightful jewel all tucked away privately in the middle of an older established neighborhood! But the size of the parking lot gave an inkling of the park yet to be discovered. Loved the decked overview with notes on the many creatures one might encounter.

There were dozens of small unpaved foot-trails all throughout with another dozen or so wee little bridges traversing little creeks and rivulets.

We were happy to note many native woodland plants and hope the caretakers put an end to the English ivy that wants to invade.

I love Brookhaven nature park. I take my dog on a nice stroll through the woods. He gets to sniff everything and I get a mostly quiet peaceful walk. There is hardly anyone here when I come, which is perfect for a leash reactive dog. Highly recommend the trails here.

Very woodsy, shady park tucked into the Brookhaven subdivision off Glenwood Ave. I came alone just to check it out for the first time. I would definitely come back with a friend or friends before hitting any of the trails. Though it is in a nice area, everyone, especially females, should use good judgment when out walking alone.

A little hidden gem. Walking through this nature park feels as though you're in the forest. One may find a few wildlife as well. My dog loves his visit here.
