Purchased a car from Car Arena in May 2019 for my son and I have to say it was the great deal!! Ms. Rojone Armstrong was so friendly, inviting AND knowledgeable. She helped us find a vehicle that satisfied my husband and I and that my son LOVED, and that's not an easy task. The purchase was easy and thorough with all questions answered and fine print explained. Two months (almost three months) and not one problem with the car!!! My husband and I will be returning to Car Arena when we're in the market for another car!!

Excellent prices, great customer service. I really liked that they were able to transfer my plates, but I ended up getting new plates anyway for personal reasons. I got an excellent deal on my '06 Hyundai Sonata, drives like a dream, very clean, and the price was right. Just the diamond in the rough we were looking for, and it was far from the only good deal. Their prices are very fair.

Loved the energy and atmosphere at this place! I've had my car for almost a month and I'm still in disbelief because they both helped me get what I really wanted and was very patient and honest with me. Bought a 2011 honda fit from this location last week.

I called and ran numbers over the phone. The owner was straightforward with negotiation. He was friendly, reasonable, and made the whole process simple. Very good business owner and I appreciate the ease he provided of purchasing a car from him.

Also received additional friendly help from the other workers at this location.

The car turned out to be in good condition, which was expected since I had the car inspected before purchase. The only gripe I really have is that the car wasn't exactly clean when I received it and wasn't topped of on gas.

Other than that, I had a very fair price for my vehicle along with great service.

I was impressed as a student with a limited budget and knowledge with this dealership honesty and sincere direction. I went there to look for a car that takes me from A to Z, and I was advised with a 2001 Honda Accord. Sure enough I bought that car. It has been an awesome and reliable car for me for 8 month. I was looking for a VW Rabbit all around the Triangle. I saw a Rabbit listed for sale by Car Arena and wanted to check it out immediately because it was a really great price. I called about a test drive and they told me it hadn't been detailed yet since it had just arrived, but the mechanical condition is more important to me than some dirt. The first test drive was ok, but I noticed some transmission issues and mentioned it. They offered to fix it right away with no hesitation, which really impressed me. I let them know I was still interested if the transmission was fixed. They worked with me the whole way, fixed the transmission and covered half the cost. I am really happy with how much they fixed (headliner, car door buttons, CV joint, serpentine belt, +more) and ended up with a really wonderful car at a really great price! I've been recommending them to all my friends in the area and will definitely continue to do so!

We were looking for a car for our daughter. She is stationed in Miami and she had a very short window to come home and purchase a car. My husband and I looked at several car dealerships and the quality of the cars we looked at did not compare to the vehicles we viewed at Car Arena in Clayton, NC. The staff, including the owner, went above and beyond to help us. They stayed late because of our work schedule and we were coming from out of town. When my daughter arrived she had 3 different cars in her price range to choose from. After she purchased the car, we drove to Miami the next day. She bought her car on April 28, 2017 and she has been driving it everyday since with no issues at all. Thank you to all those involved in helping us find my daughter's car. We were referred by a friend First time buying a car from a dealership. I usually go through private sellers. Sean, who I think is the owner was very kind and helpful. There was no pressure. We were able to test drive the car. We couldn't find a mechanic that had time to do a pre purchase inspection due to it being a busy Saturday, but the car drove beautifully and was in great condition. Sarah was very helpful and guided us through the final paperwork. Very polite and informative staff. Out of all the dealerships we visited this weekend, they treated us the best.

I have purchased 2 sedans from Car Arena as starter cars for high school drivers and have been satisfied both times. I think Adam is honest and the cars are in a good price range. He has been good about letting me take the cars for pre-purchase inspections. Overall, Car Arena is a good option in the local Clayton area.

I had been car shopping the last week and I did not have anything close to the experience I had here! Very genuine people that have your best interest! Mr. Adam Saleh was extremely professional and friendly throughout the entire pruchasing process. Not only was he willing to negotiate to a fair price where he and I both felt confident in the deal but he was patient and offered to address any issues I had such as the
small crack in the windshield. Adam did this entirely for free, replacing it 5 days after purchase (as soon as his window repair guys were available) for no extra charge. As a customer I have absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend Car Arena Auto Sale to a family member, close friend, and anyone reading this. You will not be disappointed!

Adam and Rojone are the best in the business. Been all over the triangle looking for a decent Sienna to buy. Found them and really liked them from the get go. Their cars are decently priced but most of all they will tell you what's good and bad about each one. I dealt with them (mostly Rojone) over a month going between lenders, trying to figure out my trade in value and negative equity I had in my current vehicle and it was a tough process. But they worked like hell day in and day out for me and we were finally able to deal the deal with less monthly payments than I currently had and 10 percent less interest. Overall great service and I could not ask for anything more. I did not even expect them to work as hard abs bend over backwards for me as much as they did. Exceeded my expectations! Thanks Rojone!

I had the best experience I found car arena online emailed about the SUV I was interested in I got an email back from rojone and a few days later I came for a test drive. They have so many nice cars on their lot. I actually changed my mind and went with a different SUV Nissan rouge. Adam and Rojone were so sweet and kind to me my mom sister and both of my daughters. I found the car I was looking for online and called to setup a time to drive it/have a mechanic inspect it. Jessie the receptionist was very helpful. When purchasing the car Shawn/finance manager was very pleasant and made it painless to buy the car. I am so glad I decided to go to Car Arena Auto Sale! They were all very helpful. I love the vehicle I went home with! After I purchased the car I drove it home and it was working GREAT! I woke up the next morning and the battery was dead as a door nail. I am so grateful that they were able to come out and replace my battery for me! This group of people, Adam, Rojene and Darryl were AMAZING! I had an immediate need for a car and when I say they made it happen, THEY MADE IT HAPPEN!
