Shopped online and saw a vehicle I was interested in. Called and spoke with David and from beginning to end he was awesome. Trusthworthy, honest, no pressure, no haggle. Family owned business and they really take care of you. Highly recommend this place.

I just got my first Lexus from this dealership:) I was hesitant to drive all this way to check out a used car, but I'm so glad I did! I got an amazing deal, Kenny, who is the finance manager and who assisted us with our new car was very kind, honest, and informative. The fact that they aren't on one of the main strips keeps their overhead low, and I'm convinced it's part of why I got such a great deal:) It's worth the drive so check them out! There was some complication with the loan becuase of a recent name change due to me getting married, so it took him a couple of extra hours late on a Friday to make sure I could drive off the lot with my new beauty:) And he did it with no complaints and very graciously. The car I got was in PRISTINE condition, the detailing immaculate. I am VERY Happy to have worked with them and would recommend sending anyone their way for a great deal and a friendly transaction:) And for the first time in my life, I am IN LOVE WITH MY CAR:) <3

Short story: The gentlemen at Next Car Imports will treat you well, are fair with their numbers, and provide a smooth experience from the moment you set foot on the lot to when you drive off in your new car! 10/10 recommend this place!
Long story: I was looking for a "new to me" Honda Odyssey that could replace my Dodge Grand Caravan which was getting up in miles. I had a set budget, knew exactly what I wanted in a van and what fair value was, and felt completely comfortable walking away from any deal if it started to go downhill. The first van I test drove was on a different lot halfway across the state and was a total fail due to false advertising. The van that Next Car had listed was my second choice because the mileage was slightly higher than what I was going for and the listing price was at the top of my budget. We were greeted upon arrival by Ibrahem who offered a warm handshake and a smile to me and my brother before he walked us over to the van. He handed us the keys, told us to check it out all we wanted, and stated he would give us our space and be back in a bit unless we needed something sooner. This is something I really appreciated as there are few situations more awkward than having a salesman peeping over your shoulder trying to pry information from you while you're still trying to figure out if you even like the car enough further consider it. My brother and I were able to efficiently inspect the van in a relaxed manner and discuss things as we put the van through it's paces. This van was mint condition, exactly as described in the listing. So we flagged down Ibrahem and requested a test drive. Within two minutes he got us set up with the paperwork and told us to have a great ride. Once again, it was phenomenal to do a test drive by ourselves because it was less stressful and we could speak freely. The van drove beautifully so we went inside to talk numbers and trade-in. This was the part that I was dreading. I had not shared that I was planning to pay all cash and not finance a single penny so I braced myself for that awful sheet of paper that is often pulled out which lists the sticker price, down payment, finance amount, monthly payment, etc. In my experience the sales guy bounces from one section of the sheet to another so fast that by the time you're done negotiating you think you got a great deal...... but you've really just lost hours of your life and probably signed up to pay twice what you intended when all is said and done. So I held my breath as Ibrahem slid a paper across the desk. I about fell out of my chair in relief when I saw it was simply an itemized list of the sticker price, dealer fees, tax, and registration costs. "This is the out the door price", he said. Simple and matter of fact. No haggling, no asking where I wanted the monthly payments to be, no slick games. Only honest and fair numbers. At this point I knew I'd be leaving in that new van, but when the trade-in value came back more favorable than I anticipated it was absolutely the cherry on top. When I asked if they would accept a personal check for the entire amount the vibe in the room did not change a single bit. No tantrum from the dealership about not financing, only the advice that I should notify my bank so the large check wouldn't be flagged as fraudulent. A few sheets of paperwork later (which were thoroughly explained as we went), I signed my signature one last time before we all stood up and shook hands and I was officially given the keys. We spent a grand total of about 2 hours there. No pressure, no number games, no feeling like a hostage once we sat down in the office. Ibrahem was respectful, friendly, hospitable and professional. If every dealership did business like this people could actually enjoy the car buying process. I have waited nearly two months and 3 thousand miles since my purchase to write my review and here is the verdict: Next Car Imports will be my first stop when it comes to my future car purchasing needs and I have already passed out several of their business cards to friends and family.

They were just amazing. My sales man Ty was so helpful, always tried his best to give me the best deal possible. He explained every detail of the process and made the purchase so easy. I left this place with my very first car and I could never be happier.

I was very skeptical purchasing a car, especially at this time with everything going on in the world. Taking advantage and scamming people out of their money and trust seems to be at an all time high. I can confidently give these guys 5 stars. I worked with Abraham getting my Jeep and he was very caring toward my precautions and concerns, not just trying to get my money which I appreciate. I even had an issue buying the vehicle on the initial day I wanted and he held everything for me to make sure I would get my car. Nearly 30 days and No issues. No lights. And I received a warrant with my vehicle. Shop with them, very trustworthy and great quality.

My daughter purchased her first car today and was able to avoid the stereotypical experiences that many of us have endured over the decades of purchasing a vehicle. The staff was very patient, helpful, and no pressure. We were able to purchase a vehicle that was more car for than money than any of the other used vehicle dealerships that we had been looking at over the past few weeks (no names mentioned, but please be cautious.) Car seems (clean auto/car fax) to be in great shape, and if this vehicle works out I will be back with my other daughter in two years to purchase another car without doing all of the running around searching for a kind and generous dealership.
