Great experience with the guys at the store. Very helpful with choosing. We left with samples and went back and ordered what we needed.

Excellent service. My order arrived quickly and was loaded by the LL staff. The wood was in great condition, we had very few flawed boards (bellawood) I was able to return 3 unused boxes with no restocking fee. Will use LL again.

First DIY flooring experience and cant say enough about the staff at the Raleigh Lumber Liquidators. Did a bunch of research on my own and had a ton of questions - they were beyond helpful with every single question, gave useful advice on my install (without me asking), made suggestions on products and were just overall extremely impressive to work with. Will never go anywhere else for flooring and would highly reccomend!!

I want to say thank you to the staff at the Raleigh NC location. I visited the store on three different occasions and each time a staff member served me well. Each visit I was met with a pleasant smile, attitude and willingness to assist. A special thanks to John, assistant manager, for taking time to review a quote for the purchase and installation of flooring. He reviewed each line item and explain the need for the product. He didn't rush through the process and made us feel he appreciated our purchase. I would purchase from this location again.

We have been extremely happy dealing with the Raleigh store and its employees. The pricing is fair and we have been very happy with the selection. The best part is the excellent customer service we have received, which has been both friendly and professional. Ordered online for pickup, staff member called to notify that some items would have to be shipped, courteous, informative, and prompt. The other associate deserves a separate 5 star review for the patience he had with another customer over the phone.

The staff at ll flooring were a huge help to us, we didn’t know what type of flooring we had in our home and we had to match it after a water leak damaged our existing floors. I consulted 2 other flooring companies who couldn’t help us but James and John found a match that was perfect and they look great now that they’re installed. They were extremely friendly and helpful the whole time, the customer service was outstanding with every person we talked to but especially James and John who worked with us the most. The prices were great too, I recommend ll flooring to anyone who needs help matching floors or doing any kind of project that requires flooring.

LL Flooring is BY FAR the BEST flooring company we have ever come to work with. Being in Real Estate I see a lot of different companies and LL Flooring surpasses them all. From the first installation to the last they always check in to make sure everything is going smoothly and that we are happy with everything. We had a major issue and the store manager Chris went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure it was taken care of and corrected (this was on the manufacturer end - not anything they did wrong or the installer). Just had my new flooring installed yesterday (6-24-20). Great experience from helping me select my flooring, to ordering and installation. The install guys were able to tear out old flooring & install new (1000 Sq. Ft.) in 1 day, that was a shocker! Turned out looking fantastic and I would definately used them again in the future. Special mention to Chris and all the guys there! Highly recommend!!!
