I have been doing business with Sage for about a year now and each visit has been pleasant. I would like to give a huge shoutout to the technician Tyler on my appointment today. He was extremely polite and professional. I hope that he can get recognized for such a great job done because employees like him make customers very satisfied. Thanks a lot!

We love our service with Sage. Especially Stormy! She helped us address multiple concerns and even helped us locate a few issues we weren't aware of. She's professional, friendly and provides excellent service.

At the end of May Stormey came by my home for an indoor pest treatment. She was so knowledgeable and professional and took the time to go over what she was doing. She seems like a great employee!

9/29/21 Called at 5:45 expecting to get an answering machine like most pest control companies I've dealt with. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised to be able to reach Allison. She was so courteous and respectful over the phone and had me scheduled for a respray quickly and painlessly. She even helped me learn about other services that Sage offers. I am consistently thrilled by the quality of the services provided by Sage and and have loved working their entire team! Thanks Allison for everything!

9/17/21 Caleb and Jalen came out for my second service and I couldn't be happier. They were both so friendly, professional, and thorough. I came home as they were beginning their work and they showed me a HUGE Brown Recluse spider that had made it's nest right next the chair I sit in everyday... Needless to say I'm very happy they came when they did and that they didn't just go through the motions like so many other companies and technicians do. Thanks again Sage for the GREAT service!

I have had an excellent experience with Sage. They are extremely responsive and flexible with their scheduling and provide you with very reasonable windows of service. None of us appreciate those all day windows of service. We have been with Sage for a couple of years now, we just moved and took them with us. Barrett came out to the new house and was very thorough with his work. I've always loved the communication and service from all Sage employees!

Updating my review from 7 years ago- still a very satisfied customer. The communication from the team is awesome. Very rare to find a company that puts so much efforts into ensuring complete customer satisfaction but SAGE has done that year after year.

We have worked with SAGE for a couple of years now and this is the first year that we've used their mosquito treatment. After last summer being just AWFUL, I can definitely say that their treatment has led to an exponentially more enjoyable experience in the backyard. Last year we couldn't even take our dogs out without being eaten up and this year we've had not so much as a single bite. Really excellent, prompt, and friendly service with constant communication prior to the appointment. Also, with our baby girl coming within the next week, we are happy that we can feel comfortable enough taking her outside!

Sage Pest Control has been absolutely amazing to deal with through our pest journey. They explained everything to us with great detail to make sure we understood the process. Each tech was very educated and helpful. Tyler was absolutely great! He was very thorough and friendly!

Today's technician was Tyler. He was absolutely awesome! He explained the difference to me regarding the bait traps and what to expect in the case of demise of rodents, lil bugs and the like. He was very attentive to my concerns and had a great personality. He even ensured that the birds that came in the garage while he was spraying were shooed. Great customer service and highly recommended. Tyler is a Rock Star and the kind of person everyone would love to work with. Thanks Tyler!!!

Sage has been a great pest control service. They complete routine treatments as scheduled, and I rarely see bugs inside. When I do need to schedule something special, they are easy to reach and fast to come take care of me. I've been using them for many years at two houses, and they are consistently great. Even for a lower price, I wouldn't consider leaving them, and they also have the lowest price I've seen! Highly recommend!

We've been using Sage Pest Control for over 5 years. We've been very pleased with a variety of their services; termite control/barrier treatment, mosquito control, and regular pest control. I've been able to enjoy my outdoor areas with minimal mosquito issues along with being happy to have a pest free interior home. All of the technicians have been professional, helpful, and receptive to requests I've made. Will continue to use them and am very happy with their service.

They have an incredible team at Sage! Every person involved is extremely helpful and professional. Ty recently came by for my monthly mosquito service and was excellent. Also, their product is pet friendly. They always make sure the fence is secured when leaving which is helpful as I have a pup who is determined to test the gate every day!

I've contracted with Sage for two properties. The technicians who come to the house (always on time) are friendly, professional and explain absolutely everything they're doing. I called for a 'touch-up' in between regular monthly services and they were here the next day. Communications and written followups are immediate. And best of all, of course, no bugs. I highly recommend

The technicians from Sage are always very professional and knowledgeable. I have been using this company for over eight years. It started with some internal insects that I needed to have exterminated, and have been on a quarterly plan with them ever cents were able to also treat for a subsequent termite infestation, and also sit traps and guarantee their work going forward when other companies would not because we had an existing patio that abutted our home foundation. We have had very few issues since we’ve started utilizing sage and when we do have the occasional ants or other bugs that show up, they are always very quick to show up and treat and to make sure they find the source. They are always prompt, they let us know a couple days ahead when they are coming and or careful to make sure we get a heads up call l to put our dogs inside. They are customer support team is awesome.

I ran into Michael in our neighborhood and spoke with him about setting up service. He gave me the company contact info. When I got home I called and spoke with Hunter who was super professional and knowledgeable. He was able to set up our service that afternoon. Michael came over and did a very thorough job. I added lawn service so he included that as well. He was super nice and helpful and professional. Today Hunter actually reached out to see how it is going. Since we have seen a couple of bugs they are coming back out with no charge to reservice. We had such a huge amount of small biting bugs outside before service and since service we have noticed an improvement. I would totally recommend Sage Pest Control to keep these North Carolina critters under control. Even if you don't see anything, its good to have preventative service done.

The first person that came to our house was Tyler. He was professional and very informative. We did need a return visit (which Tyler said may be necessary) and Stormy was the tech that came. She was just as professional and pleasant as Tyler had been. This company has the best customer service we've encountered in a long time.

They were very professional and quick to respond to my enquiries. They were very reasonable with their rates and discounts and their rep Ken was very patient and forthcoming with any information i asked for regarding their different plans. their technician Michael was courteous and professional when he visited my house for the initial treatment, he answered all my questions and adviced me on next steps including things i can do myself.

We have been using Sage Pest Control for many years and for good reason. They are priced just right for the quality service they provide, and they have never hesitated to reservice when I requested it. Our house has a wooded area just behind it so spider webs are a problem but Sage does a great job of clearing all that and treating for pests each time. We appreciate their services!
