The folks here are super friendly and good to work with. They seem to really value customer service, which is not always the case with a DME supplier. They are always helpful and responsive and go out of their way to answer all of your questions to make sure you have what you need. If you need a DME, and insurance gives you a choice, check them out.

This place is a little hard to find initially using Google maps. It gets confused, and I got a bit lost the first time I came, with Google maps taking me around the block. Their office is not easy to see initially from Gresham Lake Road as it is up a slight hill.

My son was involved and a severe car accident on December 29th, 2023 and was in the hospital because of it. They came in and spoke with him, helped him work through the processing part of the program. So yes, he he did much better after speaking with someone.

Just wanted to say everything was wonderful very nice customer service representative and the delivery driver Aaron he delivered the hospital bed for my sister today everything went smoothly very nice kind polite and on time. He explained how to work the bed and everything.

This is my first encounter with this company, but if needed I will be doing business with them again. They were very prompt in their response. The doctor wrote the order one day and they called and texted the next day. And then I think delivery was the next day. The delivery person/assembler, Nick was very neat, professional and knowledgeable. He put it together without hesitation and went about his way. I am pleased as punch. 😂

I was very pleased with Family Medical equipment. They provide very good customer service. Jason was the technician that delivered and set up my hospital bed. He was pleasant and efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this DME supply store.

Courtney and Mary were a big help. Gave clear and concise info and Intel. Created opportunity to ask questions. Very, very good at their jobs. Great afternoon spent.

Great experiment. They set up before my son left the hospital (on Thanksgiving day) and came to take the bed today and took it down in less than 10 min. The techs were super polite and friendly.

Andrius came to set up the rental bed. It was midday & w/in the time we had requested. He called a half-hour away to let us know he was on the way. He was professional & knew exactly what to do. He showed us how to operate the features of the bed & was courteous & very helpful. Andrius could not have been more kind or helpful…or a better representative of the company. He definitely took pride in his work. His service was better than 5 stars, but that’s all we could give.,Thank you, Andrius.
