Went here with some girlfriends for lunch on a Sunday. We had delightful cocktails, great food, and played fun games. The gamemaster provided excellent recommendations and instructions so it was easy to get started.

I'm looking forward to bringing my husband here for a date night!

My husband and I along with our son decided to try The Kitchen Table Relish tonight for dinner. This was our very first time eating here. The food was very delicious and the portions was hugh. Our server name was Elect; (I believe that was his name) He was such a friendly, fun and helpful waiter. I would definitely recommend anyone to this super clean awesome restaurant. I really enjoyed myself tonight. We can't wait to eat here again soon. 😋

Came here to celebrate my birthday and wound up staying for almost 5 hours. We had such a blast! I love that they have such a huge selection of games to play, but they also have a game master who will teach you how to play the games. We played like 7 games while we were there. The food was straight-up delicious, as well as the drinks. So thankful that they are dog-friendly. We will definitely be back!!!

I just visited this spot last night. I am a huge fan of Relish and had to check it out. So first this place only offers breakfast. Just know that before you come. It looks like the front section also offers coffee (drip, lattes maybe) but I didn’t check that out.

We ordered 2 biscuits from the menu. The Mama’s Biscuit and Daddy’s Biscuit. Both were very good and on sweet potato biscuits. So good! We also ordered a slice of pie that was chocolate ganache and whip cream. It was great. The slice is HUGE and it’s more than enough to share with a few people.

Lastly the best part about this place is the games. There is a huge wall of games that you can play. It’s very overwhelming. Luckily we met Matt - Game Curator- we explained what games we play often and what we might be interested in. He gave us two great suggestions and we had such a good time. I am excited to come back again and check out a new game.

Came to Raleigh on a business trip and my husband insisted we stop by after seeing the menu. It was absolutely worth it! Really excellent food and the service was speedy, accommodating, and kind. Will definitely be recommending it whenever someone tells me they are heading to NC!

My wife and I had two different sets of friends recommend The Kitchen Table to us and we finally got around to going on a date there last night. We had a blast. The food was fantastic - I had the Turkey Club and it was amazing. My wife had the egg salad sandwich and liked it as well.

We are big board game fans and the knowledge of the gametender was impressive. We told him the types of games we like and he recommended Cascadia and was able to explain the game to us in detail (and we heard him doing this with several other games at tables around us). We had a great time playing the game and have added it to our wish list of games to purchase.

We can't wait to go back!

The Kitchen Table is a fantastic dining experience! We went early on a Sunday and didn't have a wait. The food is outstanding, with an awesome selection of games and a game expert to help you pick and explain the game. Incredibly unique experience. Great local beer selection as well.

We spent an afternoon at The Kitchen Table to celebrate our anniversary. This space was so NEEDED in Raleigh. They have a large variety of games and expert gametenders to help you choose and learn all of them. Clean and homey atmosphere, will definitely return!

We snacked on the pimento cheese dip (excellent!) while playing.

The Gametender and all the staff were so cool, friendly, and informative — making it such a pleasant and unique experience! Drinks were amazing and thoughtfully crafted with NC local spirits, and the Gametender Lenette (hope I spelled that right!) was so passionate and helpful with finding just the right game! Such thought and care goes into this place — definitely a MUST if you’re in Raleigh!

Awesome southern comfort food with a separate test kitchen menu! The grits for the shrimp and grits were super creamy and the breading on the fried green tomatoes had a very well balanced consistency and crunchy texture, the side remoulade sauce although delicious wasn't even needed.

What a fun atmosphere! Brought my kids here for dinner the other night and we had so much fun playing Sorry while we waited for our food. Nobody was looking at their electronic devices! The food was excellent and so was the service. I’m looking forward to returning.

A New, Unique Winner Launched next to The Mother Ship, Relish

You'll find a creative, unique menu with Relish's usual high quality ingredients, attentive service in an open, airy setting, inside and out in the "Porch." Breakfast was very good, coffee & latte too. A full bar is also discretely on hand with seating.

Just too much screentime at your house? Once seated, your own GameTender will happily fetch your favorite game or introduce you to new ones from The Kitchen's deep, deep Game Pantry. There must be 50 or more available so if you like a good game, you can make your meal even more fun for everybody at the table. Great games with Relish's proven comfort cooking will prove to be a memorable combination. Highly recommended, starting at 9am. Check out the menu on line.

Extremely cool concept restaurant, bar and all revolves around boardgames. Next to Relish, same owner for both. We also met Chris that’s the Game tender that helps understand and choose the right game.

Love, love, love this place! I had been to Relish several times but needed a place for my sister's birthday brunch, and Kitchen Table fit the bill. The food is amazing, and you can get doughnuts to go. Yum! There's an entire wall of board games to play. They don't accept reservations but the flow is pretty good. I didn't notice anyone having to wait while we were there.

Since we had a fairly large group, I got there early so they wouldn't be caught off-guard. Kiara(?) and team were super helpful and gracious. By the time everyone showed up, our table was set and Zack was ready to get everyone! I can't say enough good things about our time at Kitchen Table.

Did I mention, they're incredibly kid friendly. They have games like Candy Land and Uno! They even modified the Barbie drink special to be non-alcoholic for one little girl who really wanted one.

If you're looking for a nice but casual brunch spot, this is your place. You won't be disappointed!

What a lovely experience, we moved from Seattle where these types of restaurants were all over, this place was a awesome throw back and they have outstanding selection of games as well extreme knowledgeable and friendly staff. Love the partial outdoor seating.

This is the first place I’ve been to that charges to play the games but I’m actually 100% behind that. It’s gives folks good incentive to respect the games they play. Very well organized.

Honestly my favorite place I’ve visited since relocating to North Carolina.

If you scrolled past this then give it a shot, super unique experience.

Great selection of board games for all types of people, super helpful staff, and good coffee. While we didn't get to try it, the food looked great too. We can't wait to return.
