Ashley Store

Great store. The sell associates are great really take their time with you to make you your buying experience is a positive experience. They explain everything you need to know and to make sure you have all your questions answered. This is not our first time using Ashley furniture we will differently be back when we are ready to purchase more furniture.

Ashley has always been the best for furniture - Antone has helped us several times and he is great!! We walked in 30 minutes before close a couple times and he doesn’t hesitate to help us find exactly what’s right! Thank you Antone!

He helped us find our dining table set and even honored the price that was online rather than the (more expensive) price in person. He also helped us find the pefect mattress that met all our needs while also staying in budget. 10/10!

Jose greeted me When I walked into the Ashley Store. I told him I was looking for a recliner. He took me to that section of the store where I proceeded to test a# of recliners as he provided information about them. He answered my questions and gave me space to consider my options. I purchased a nice leather recliner at a great value. Jose was a pleasure to work with.

Antone was amazing. He greeted us when we walked in the door, asked what we were looking for. He gave us a run down of how the store is laid out, and let us shop. He was not overbearing as some sales persons can be. He checked on his periodically and asked if we had any questions. When we had questions he was able to answer them. He didn't push us to purchase outside our budget, so that he made more off the sale. He was amazing every step of the way, even stayed after closing to make sure our sale was finalized, and that all questions had been answered. He move end tables to put beside the sofa of our choice to make sure they matched. I greatly recommend that you speak with Antone when going into the store. Amazing! Professional! Caring!

Justin was great, hung back while we shopped, was there for questions, and closed us out quickly and efficiently! He even carted a chair from the back to the front so we could compare colors! All in all, a great experience! Thanks!

Sam was amazing! He was super friendly and patient with us as we decided which couch would fit our needs the best. He took his time to help us determine which layout would fit the shape of our home and provided us with detailed information on each of the couches we liked. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed working with him!

The sales associate was Maryam B. She was exceptionally great. Her patience was greatly appreciated. She took the time to explain everything to us and made sure that we understood what she was telling us. I would refer anyone that is thinking of purchasing Ashley furniture to speak with Maryam her customer service is top notch. She took very good care of us!

Great store and even better salesperson’s especially Sam and Anton. They listened to what I had to say, and what I was looking for and led me right to it. They explained every feature that I wanted and they were very knowledgeable. No heavy pressure considering I went into the store about five different times before I finally decided to make the purchase. I researched the item I wanted to buy and found that Ashley had the best deal going with delivery, their diamond service guarantee, etc. It was just worth every extra penny. Can’t wait til it gets delivered!!

My husband and I have purchased several pieces from this location. Maryam is our Sales Associate and she is absolutely fantastic!!!! We have referred friends and she never disappoints. Jose Andrades was very extremely friendly and helpful. He explained all the features on the living room set we got. After talking we decided to go ahead and buy a bed room set as well. We are pleased to have met someone who understood our needs and the suggestions he provided were very helpful. We will continue to purchase our future furniture needs at Ashley’s!!!

We shopped at many furniture stores for a living room, bedroom, and dinette furniture. We had already shopped Ashley in Raleigh on Capital Blvd. After many other stores, we returned to Ashley on Capital Blvd. We were met by Mr. Grant who spent over 3 hours showing us different pieces that we were interested in. There was no pressure to buy anything and he didn't put down any other stores and only helped us with his. We bought 3 rooms at a good price. Mr. Grant was great to work with and would return to him for future purchases. I will update on the delivery process when we receive it.

Antone was beyond amazing. He made the whole process easy. He didn’t make us feel pressure, nor was he pushy. He gave us our space yet was there to answer any & all questions. He is very personable & his personality is remarkable. We will definitely come back to furnish the rest of our home with him.

I went down to the Ashley store on Sunday. It was the last sale day for black Friday. Maryam helped me pick out a recliner that fits perfectly in my space. I love the zero wall sliding: when you recline, the back does not hit the wall! The seat cushion is firm and the lumbar support excellent. It reclines deeply for nap time, almost flat. The fabric is nice and feels durable but soft too. Price was great and no interest payments for 6 months made the purchase a no-brainer. Maryam was a helpful sales agent, knowledgeable and not too pushy. I have several Ashley pieces now and I am quite happy with their excellent quality and reasonable prices. Delivery and setup came within a week and it was painless and perfect. I can recommend Ashley store and furniture.

Antone did an amazing job. Not only did he show us around and answer all of our questions about different sectional couches, but he did it with a smile while educating our very rambunctious kids. I highly suggest asking for him to assist you.

Sam was fantastic. I didn't know what I was looking for and he knew how to direct me. He was patient with me and asked lots of questions to help me find the right couch. I found my perfect couch thanks to him. I would recommend him when you come to Ashley. He knows how to help you find the couch your looking for.
