Had a delivery of bathroom fixtures here. They actually had me go around the block to Ferguson Waterworks to unload the truck. Its a tight area but I was able to get my 18 wheeler backed into the dock. Employees were friendly and unloaded the truck pretty quick considering nothing was on pallets.

Staff was very helpful, friendly, and thorough. Without hesitation or complaint took the extra time to contact a manufacturer to find us an interchangeable part to substitute an out of stock item so I could complete the job I was on and keep my customer happy.

Went here when the big box store didn't have the specialty plumbing parts needed for my backflow preventer. Very friendly and helpful staff. Got the parts we needed fast.

Marty helped us a few years ago with a very competitive quote when we were dissatisfied with a local competitor for a new home build. In the years since, any time I’ve had a warranty issue or simple question, Marty is super responsive and helpful. Prices are competitive even against large national chain stores and service is top notch. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service. They worked with me for twenty minutes to figure out how to lengthen the cable that came with a bidet I bought online. At no point in our troubleshooting did I feel belittled or rushed. They took the time to make sure I had what I needed and knew how to set it up when I got home. I could not recommend them more.

Wow.... Marty was amazing!! So helpful on a subject that I knew nothing about! My parents are coming home after 2 months of hospitalization with Covid-19 and will need higher toilets due to the battle. I am so thankful for Marty!
