Osiris was super helpful throughout the entire process. They answered all our questions along the way and were quick to respond, friendly, and courteous. We were a little skeptical buying out of state, but were referred by family to this company. Our car was delivered, for an extra cost, and it matched the description exactly! We love our new car and are grateful to have had such a positive experience. I’ll never go to a dealership again!

Our salesperson was Aisha and she has to be the best salesperson I've ever dealt with! She cared, she asked questions about our needs and has followed up to make sure we are happy. And Mohammed was awesome too... very helpful and understanding.

I had been looking at cars all day, and I finally found what I was looking for. The car was perfect, and the staff was friendly and efficient. Joe made everything smooth and easy, and even posed for some pictures as this is my first car! Definitely recommend if nothing else for the staff, but the cars are 👌. Glad we stopped in.

Sam was very helpful! He was dedicated to helping me in my purchase and answering all of my questions, even on his off time. I also love how they have a 30 day/1,000 mile warranty and they address any concerns you may have with the car before you purchase. Definitely recommend!

I had the best experience of my little car buying life! I came in with my heart set on one thing they worked magic and a miracle and sold me a car that suits me better than what I wanted! Everyone was so nice and the energy/vibe there was amazing Barry is like the best most realistic down to earth car salesman ever! I love my car and this place! They even gave me pointers to rebuild my credit! They saved me money and saved me money on gas with this car! Even helped me understand hybrids better and the Bluetooth in the car!

The pricing was fair. The mileage was a bit high for the car i wanted. But it runs great. Customer service was great. And the buying process took less then a hour. Half the time was me buying insurance for the car. Overall, the service Joe provided was outstanding. Would highly recommend to others.

I've always had a good experience here at the Raleigh location. Robert was fantastic and really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the vehicle I decided to buy. Paul found financing options for me, that fit my budget. Both gentlemen were a pleasure to work with. The SUV that I bought has been running great too.

Let me start off with this is my 2nd experience with Auction Direct in Raleigh I help my son purchase a truck from here almost 2 years ago. He was in an accident and was on the road to recovery just starting to walk again. This dealership went above and beyond to make sure it was a smooth transaction trading in his old truck and getting him into a new one. Fast forward to now. I bought my car here over a month ago and yes it did have some issues but the regional manager Kevin and the service manager Wayne made sure the issue was fixed and made sure I was well taken care of. Kevin and Wayne were Awesome! Once again going above and beyond any of my expectation's. They stand by their cars and make sure their customers are safe and satisfied. Out of all my years of buying a car or truck they rate #1 in my book and trust me I have bought a lot of cars. I highly recommend and will be returning again when its time for my next purchase.

I had a 10/10 experience! I really appreciate not getting hassled or pressured by any salesperson! Purchased my car, was driving home and a few lights came on. Called about the service lights the following morning and they had me bring it back in. Fixed the issue and was back in my car a day later! I didn’t experience any attitude, or any negative argumentative about my issues. Everyone was completely honest, kind and great customer service! I would highly recommend this place to everyone!

Nice car of my choice.

I just bought my second car from them. I am a female and have purchased both my cars by myself both times. There were no issues either time. Judah was great help and I like their business model. The whole car lot is fenced in and all the cars are unlocked, so you can wander around without a salesperson and just open cars and sit in them and feel size and shape. There is a code on every car so you can check any car on their website for price and mpg and all car info. It’s no pressure because there is no haggling. The price is the price and all prices are reasonable to the area. Your only decision will be whether to get a warranty or not. I am very happy with every aspect of both of my purchases,

I could not have asked for better service. Robert spent a lot of time with me helping me find the right car and the best price. He was so patient and professional throughout the whole process. He did not pressure me in any way. He worked closely with gentleman named Paul that got me the right financing and best possible interest rate. I could not be happier. They are awesome and have a wonderful selection of vehicles.

The prices are on the vehicles. The staff is reasonable and knowledgeable. Buying process is great. My son found the car he wanted to buy. Wasn’t what I would have picked but that makes it better.

Auction Direct was awesome! I was already shopping online they had the vehicle I was interested in! I was able to get there and test drive it! After the test drive I knew it was the one! It did not take all day either I was in and out about 3 hours! Shout out to Osiris!

I started my car search on Saturday. Ended up at Auction Direct, and purchased my new car on Sunday ‼ I explained what I was looking for, & the price range I wanted to STAY in. I had a great experience. I saw a car online that I wanted. After getting to dealership I saw other cars I really liked. The sales consultant Joe Peoples was very nice and patient. He answer all our questions. He also explain the process. I was very happy with the SUV I chose.
